    Great place if you want to play car roulette, I ordered a Forte GT and apparently they ordered me a Forte 5 not sure how that happened. after waiting 4 and half months they say its possibly in Vancouver or on the ship but they found it....umm pardon? They had 0 info on my ordered car, one would think you would have a build number and a estimated arrival date, such things would have avoided the "mistakenly ordered Forte 5"! so if you unsure what car you want to order head on down and let them pick something for you! So ya anyways I bought a Sentra at Nissan instead! great service! *in response to the response below: - I never made a phone order, I came in and ordered and paid my deposit in person! - I was very clear on the fact I did not want a hatch back as they are not my style! - you did not locate me a sedan, you asked if I would still buy said Hatchback, after I declined, you tried selling me your K5 which is a much more expensive vehicle.

    If I could I would give 0 stars as Kia was awful to deal with. We walked in looking are a new Kia that had showed up off the truck and they would let went on a test drive the next day as it was the end of the day for them. Got a text saying they sold it the next morning to a person who works there. Told us there is one on the way and they can’t hold it unless a deposit so we decided to do it. Also said we had to get the Kootenay package. After awhile and still no car, finally came in and they didn’t have anything for the Kootenay package and gave us no mats or anything for temporary purposes. After less than a month and 700 km having it and it gets cold the car’s temperature gauge went to hot, engine light, and tire light came on just before Christmas and they gave us no car to use and said depending on what it is you may have to pay. Came in 5 days later for them just to say this will happen everytime it gets cold and didn’t fix it. Very disappointed and would never go back to Kia. why is my other car from another dealership just fine and it’s 2017 with none of these issues. It seems to be a Kia issues as I know no else had these issues that are also from other dealers. You also are avoiding the poor customer experience that we are receiving and I also noticed that on other responses.

    If you enjoy rude, condescending, disrespectful staff than this is the place for you! By far the worst customer service I have experienced anywhere ever. Hi Mitch, Thanks for your reply....... i wrote this review solely based on my experience with Eric in service who was very rude and disrespectful. Phil was much nicer to deal with at first until he began lying to me and threatening me with warranty issues if i took my car anywhere else for repairs. I did not write this review to start an online bickering contest. Perhaps it would be more professional of you to call your unhappy customers and get there side of the story instead of only replying to an online review. As far as you trying to "lessen the cost of repair" i have called 6 other kia dealerships and asked for a quote on the repair. i told them nothing of my situation, i simply asked for a quote. every quote was cheaper than the one i received from you. so perhaps you should get the facts straight before you start trying to act like the hero in this situation. i understand that my situation is unfortunate and it is no fault of yours that a rock put a hole in my radiator. i never asked for anything free, i was only hoping you would stand behind the product you sell and work with me for a resolution we could both agree on. maybe if your staff treated customers with a little respect this whole situation could have been avoided. My complaints have been filed with Kia Canada and i have received truthful answers to my questions unlike the ones i received from Phil. if theres anything else you would like to discuss or say feel free to leave another reply or maybe try picking up the phone, you have my number...

    I find the service department there emotionless, unfriendly and very hard to deal with. They don't have any customer service skills. We actually are considering selling our brand new Kia because we dread coming here for services so much. And don't even get me started on the "free oil change package" they will sell you, there is nothing free about it, its an absolute rip off that charges you for the basic check ups that every other dealership does for free. (I'm 2 "free" oil changes into this suv and I've paid 80$ for the first and 170$ for the second because they force you to stay on a schedule to maintain "free" ones which include charging you for everything else that all other places do for free ). In today's day an age, customer service has to be at the forefront of a dealership, and these folks don't seem to care at all about it, unhappy customers or fixing problems to appease people. Response to Mitch: the staff rarely looks up from their computers to talk. They can't give answers about anything that relates to vehicles other then minimal answers you prompt them for. I'm not attacking someone's character or their family life, im saying their customer service skills are very very poor. As for the free oil changes, it may be in the paperwork, we all fill so much of that out I don't know many that do read that. We DO hear the sales man say you get free oil changes for life and that sounds good, only to find out now we pay for battery inspections, inspections of air filters, brake inspection, lubricating hinges etc. EVER other dealership does all this and more for free. I went to Kal tire to have my tires rotated on my DUALLY and it was 60$ plus every inspections you have listed (multi point inspection) so please tell me how a a service # 2 is 189$ when the oil and filter are "free"? Did I just pay 189$ for a tire rotation or did I pay for the inspections that every other dealership doesn't charge for? Not upset, just aware that this is not a good deal, not good customer service, not good salesmanship etc.

    My car broke down near cranbrook on a road trip from Vancouver to Winnipeg. I got it towed to the dealership and they told me they didn’t have time to look at it for a few days so I waited around town for a diagnosis. Meanwhile the sales department saw an opportunity and offered to trade it in for 13k.. I waited for the motor which was on back order and got it back yesterday, I can’t say I’m surprised that they didn’t even give the car a vacuum after holding it for two months. Thanks to Kia cranbrook Il never buy another Kia. I drove that car 900km out of town and sold it to a different dealer for 18k.

    Love the shuttle service. The best of the Kia dealerships I have been to, though thats not saying much, they have been helpful in getting our oil changes and warranty repairs done.

    Fantastic and helpful staff that go the extra mile to help you in a vehicle if they are able. Cars are quality, service bay is top notch and communicative, and dealership is nicely located for access and test drives. Would recommend for first time buyers and upgraders alike.

    so happy with my experience with Kia. Months earlier I had purchased a car with hyundai, and the whole thing didnt sit right with me. I went to Kia and it was worlds better!     I bought my car from Nissan about a year ago and after them not doing what was asked and selling us faulty tires, I switched to Kia. Kia offered to give us tires at a great price and to fix Nissans mistake, no questions asked. I trust Kia with my car, and I trust their services. The employees are nothing but friendly. Thanks Kia
