Very rude front-end staff. The older lady was very ignorant to myself and another lady behind me. I had a lottery ticket that I asked her to check for me and was also buying something else…. She didn’t want to check it for me, instead asking why I didn’t check myself. I never knew there was the scanner around the corner behind a piller (my first time in the store)! I guess she didn’t feel she was getting paid enough to turn around and scan it on her scanner. She then very rudely told a lady behind me she could only buy 4 butters because there was a limit…but the tag said “after limit of 4 regular price”. They argued and she was very unprofessional for front end staff dealing with the public. Now I know why Shoppers has self-checkout… would be a more pleasant service not dealing with any of this staff. I definitely will go somewhere else from now on.

Too many patients..too slow filling prescriptions..due to this. Friendly staff and friendly owner..need to up staff or lesson patients..idk

I went to fill a prescription and they were severely understaffed the pharmacist said it would take 4 hours for a basic antibiotic. I didn't have a car and I told him that but he kept telling to walk to another pharmacy because he was "too busy" I think he was just too lazy to work a bit harder! I went in a 2nd time for the same day nicotine replacement therapy and the pharmacist said he doesn't " know the BC system because he is from Alberta. Why have a pharmacist working alone that doesn't know the system for the province he works in!!! So now ill go but more cigarettes because shoppers is a joke and can't help anyone the same day. Terrible pharmacy end of story.

Absolutely a disgrace of a company when it comes to Management and the Pharmacy. Not once, not twice but 3 TIMES our prescription sat there for over 2 weeks without being filled. This included my wife's Novorapid for her diabetes. When I was told for the 3rd time my medication was not filled, the Manager, Angela walked by me and asked how things were going. I told her I was not impressed with the Pharmacy and asked her why they are lacking. Instead of addressing my concern, she scoffed, walked off into the back and called Security. Before I could pay for my items in store, Security was on my a*s. A bloody joke. I will NOT be giving them any more of my business moving forward. Then, when I had enough and changed Pharmacy's, Shoppers denied having any prescriptions for me to Save on when they asked for my records and med information to be sent over. Utterly ignorant!! Not impressed Shoppers!!!!!

Great store that's open late for prescriptions. Also if you run out of coffee or food. I tried the pharmacy for my script. I got one medication but was told to come back later that day. I was the only one there. I didn't understand and said that to the pharmacist. She was rude and said she had other ones a head of me. I took my script after that to another pharmacy.

The pharmacy is not efficient, friendly, professional or accommodating. They seem to change what they are allowed/not allowed to do every time I visit. They have multiple staff standing there telling you different things all at the same time/visit. Good luck trying to call for help, I was transferred to 4 different people non of which even attempted to ask what I need or help, and when I went in I stood at the pick up/questions counter for 4 mins before I was even acknowledged let alone helped and I was the only person in line. Next prescription will be handled somewhere else that’s for sure.

Can't get my prescription on the day it is supposed to be ready. I have a weekly pick up that is supposed to be ready on Mondays and this week it is not even ready on Tuesday. I was told to come back on Wednesday. Just go one day without my heart meds because this pharmacy is useless.

I pick up a daily script here and the pharmacy staff is always great and fast and the store staff is also very nice and the security guard (Julie) is really great too !

My prescriptions have not changed literally in years. If you request your refills 2 days,4 days or over a week in advance…they’re STILL not filled!! Additionally, they always omit one particular med and I then have to hang around and wait for it. DO BETTER! I live out of town and can’t be popping in to check.

Awesome store, like Walgreens or CVS if you need items forgotten on a trip. Self checkout is easy breezy. Staff friendly and helpful

12 minutes before even being acknowledged at pharmacy, then told just a minute while they finish what they are doing.NOBODY working customer service should be to busy to at least smile or say hi I’ll be there shortly.

The pharmacy is super helpful and kind. The store is cute and has some interesting tourist items.
