Although the service has always been kind and accommodating. I will be not purchasing from this store or it's associating stores again. I bought a fridge last August, and have been trying to get it fixed ever since. It has been very frustrating not feeling heard or feeling like anyone even cares that this problem is still not resolved!

I didn’t end up buying my fridge from here because we were unable to get the fridge i needed in a decent amount of time. But i felt compelled to write a review specifically about the customer service. I can not praise the staff enough. They are knowledgeable, helpful and go above and beyond. I would 100% recommend this location to everyone and anyone. They have completely exceeded my expectations of any sort of customer service.

Did not follow thru on timing and delivery commitments, and there was a continued lack of service through the process. I was told 2 weeks for delivery (we needed the mattress for guests). I asked about delays when I bought and salesperson said that they no longer happen (that previously delays were due to covid). Two weeks later I still hadn’t heard back. When I asked for a new estimate are they said it would be a month but it was unsure. ETC…. The manager did offer a refund, and ultimately compensated for the delay with a pricier mattress (no delivery), but did not make up for the huge hassle and waste of time. And I had to ask for compensation. Although the In store experience was good…I was hesitant to shop here based on other Ashley’s reviews, and won’t be back!
