Bought a large donair it was discussing large chunks of hard cabbage inside and it was cold. The price was changed by 3 dollars more and I was not notified about. didn't even know how to wrap a donair properly everything was falling out. Used too much sauce that made the bread soggy Ordered large the large donair and seemed like small. I would never recommend it to even my enemy. Is the owner even lebanese cause they know how to wrap a donair.

This was truly a one of a kind experience. This is probably the only time in my life that I have experienced heartburn and indigestion at the same time. Ordered a chicken donair, which was very dry and over cooked. Make sure you read the small sign that says " add $3.00 to everything on the menu," and count you change, because they have no clue. Not sure how this restaurant is still in operation, Rockie quit selling Donairs, if you can't make them right, don't make them at all. Stick to pizzas,

We ordered pizza. I'm not picky about my pizza, I even like frozen pizza. This, however, was really bad pizza. I am pretty sure they used salami instead of ham on my Hawaiian pizza because there was peppercorn. I still have the bad taste in my mouth. And why was the dough not cooked?! Is this a thing? I also like to eat my pizza with tomato sauce, but they forgot to add it. In summary, no sauce, uncooked dough, mystery salami for ham, and I already have diarrhea. I probably shouldn't have eaten it, but I was hungry.

We went here because it has good reviews as we were passing through town, but we’re sadly disappointed. Half the menu was unavailable at 1pm, the server took one order and then went to the back and took 20 minutes to make two wraps and two Cesar salads. The food was average at best and charge $6 for side Cesar salad that was very small. No choices of what you can put on your wrap as they just went to the back and made it. Really disappointing. I enjoy trying independent restaurants, but this sort of experience is why people end up at taco time down the street like the other half of my family who didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes.

GREAT little restaurant! The food is really good. The owner is super friendly and we seem to get free samples, fries, or drinks everytime. Highly recommend the Donairs. Some of the best we have eaten.

First time in Cranbrook, called for a donair pick up... What a gentleman the owner is! Asked what came on it he, he told me and said 5 minutes until its ready "and my friend free fries".. the fries have a great seasoning which i didnt expect at all, donair.... 10/10 love it. Hope to be back for another, what a lad!_------- fast forward one day, i get the small donair still10/10 fries7/10 but hey it wasn't the owner working today but his staff! Shoot the best staff ever Ben & the lady at the front desk.. thank you for being so good, huge smiles great service. Day 2/2 sevice 9/10 thats a major win.(last two photos are day two)

So yummy! Such generous portions and friendly service. The chicken donair my husband had was excellent. My plate as you can see was generous and delicious. I will eat three times off this. Really tasty tzatziki sauce too yummy yummy yummy

The food was delicious! Service was great and friendly. I’m from out of town and I’m picky about my donair shops but this one has got to be one of my favourites. Definitely stop in for one of the best donairs money can buy you.

The food there is always delicious. Sal is a great person and treats everyone like family. If your ever in the area you should definitely stop in, Sal will hook you up with a monster of a domain that will leave you feeling stuffed. The donair poutine is also a must try.

Sometimes you have to wait a couple extra minutes but it is so worth the wait because the employees are some of the nicest people you will meet. The food is amazing and I will definitely come back again. Thank u for being do politely mannered rockeys employees.

We were just driving through on our way to Alaska, but the service at this place was amazing as was the food. He even gave us some extra food for our traveling puppies. Delicious and Excellent service! Highly recommend!

One of those little places that just had a nice friendly atmosphere, absolutely excellent food and a warm eager owner looking to share his obvious love of the food he makes. The owner apologized for a limited choice due to no staff in that night (ergo overall 4 as not able to try other offerings) he immediately gave us some samples of his beef which were delicious. We ordered the beef donairs which he coupled with tasty stick fries that were on the house that night. Overall a definite stop for when you are in Cranbrook and next time we hope to try the many other menu items.

I've been coming here since the place opened, and it's hands down my favorite restaurant in town. The donairs are absolutely delicious, very well priced for the amount of food you get, and better than most donairs you'll find in big cities. Everything I've tried on the menu is amazing. The service is also exceptional. The staff treats you like family, and they are always very generous to friendly customers. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area.

The price doesn't match the quality. Too expensive for what you get. I think if the restaurant focused on creating a good product using higher quality ingredients it could do very well. As is I couldn't recommend it

Have had much better and cheaper and no tomatoes when I went but with one option in Cranbrook I guess what do you expect

Stopped in to pick up some supper as I am in Cranbrook for work. Immediately entering, everyone is super friendly and the place is really nice. I felt very welcomed and I just can't stress enough how awesome everything was. The food, the service, just everything! Please please please stop by here, it is definitely worth your time!

I came here with my family. We were passing through to get to our grandparents house. I was pleasently surprised, the food was actually really good, the service was really fast and at the time i dident know it but the owner Sal was the one Serving us. If your in the area check this place out. Saddly it looks like this place closed down, or they moved 🥺 RIP

The worst donair we have ever eaten. Guy at front counter was nice enough. We asked for sweet sauce and didn't get any on it. They used cabbage instead of lettuce. We were passing though Cranbrook or we would have taken the food back. Very disappointed considering all the good reviews. The price was terrible as well. We paid $30 for a small & medium. Won't be back
