Been here a few times for dine-in. Very worthy of five stars, always friendly service, very good ambiance in the dining area, washrooms and everything always seems clean and nice. Yummy food and my wife and I swear it's the best coffee in town, including starbucks.

All the staff were yelling at each other, some in english, others different. All customers sitting around us were just staring at the staff. Never eat inside again and probably never be back. Way to loud to enjoy it!

They are just not listening to you when you place your order. They changed my order, when i ordered a side of onion ring to go with my combo. The quality has taken a turn for the worst. It will be a long time before I go back. Which is too bad because A&W use to be a good place to go. Tried to talk to someone about my order and was left standing for about 5 minutes at the counter while employee served a friend and visited. And this is not the first time it has happened. The time before I had an employee who was at the end of her shift and couldn't wait for us to make up our minds. Stood taping her finger the whole time we were decided what we wanted.

Worst customer service today noon. Went in drive thru with my friends, four of us ordered four burgers with some modifications. The boy who was taking order was rude and I don’t think I was asking for that much that he got frustrated. Would think before coming next time.

I've always loved A&W food this place was very clean service was great and friendly I just wish they had places like this one down here in the US they're usually dirty Foods pretty good still but of course they don't have the burger family so it's like they want to emulate McDonald's in the US which is nasty LOL

One of the dirtiest kitchens in town. Staff handled food with bare hands and cooks touching their jeans then touching food. It is much like a mechanic shop than a restaurant.

The staff here is always polite and they get my picky kids orders right! Also clean!

When I go shopping in Cranbrook ( I live in Creston ) the first place to eat is the A&W there, the service is good.

We came for breakfast and the pancakes were terrible. The staff mixed up part of our order. I asked for one cream and one sugar in my coffee and it tasted like a double double.

12:40pm i order and by 2:90 pm nothing arrives.I phone asking where my order is- she says are you J...f.....and i say yes. She says the driver got the order right away. i said so where is it and she said i don't know. I said 'well do something about it'. She said there was a site where i could apply for a refund. I said whats the number and she did not reply. Now really annoyed, i said: " so much for service" and hung up. AND PS: when i logged on the prices came up in Euros so maybe the app has been scammed

This A&W is my traditional stopping point on my travels. Always clean, always food is good. And YES! they still make Baby Burgers.

I have not been impressed with this A&W. We we're about to go in but all the doors were locked. There was no sign or anything telling us about this. So we tried to get their attention but they ignored us. One of the employees were on their phone and he could 100% hear us. He looked at us and didn't do anything. So we went through the drive-thru and got our food from there. The food was cold, bland, and was not appetizing. Yikes.

Was a quick, friendly and fresh experience. A delicious breakfast on the go and a clean dining room.

So either I got given the wrong drink or the chocolate shakes have gone way downhill. Not served in an icy mug anymore either.

Best fast food burgers, as far as I'm concerned. Greeted quickly, my food was prepared quickly and it was tasty.

Nice place for lunch. Friendly staff, fast service and good cheeseburgers. I've been twice and tried papa and grandpa ones. Really nice! 🍔🍟 I give 4 stars because of the drink they offer like a soda with spices. 🥤🚫

A&W is generally one of the better QSR (fast food) locations to go and grab a bite to eat, and this one is no different (most of the time). Prices are a little more than other QSR restaurants but food is higher quality. Tried the Brew bar (chocolate shake) and personally enjoyed it.

I ordered food on DoorDash and found hair on my Onion rings. Its so gross.

The breakfasts are surprisingly good. Especially the locations that serve the coffee in a real mug.

I'm an aandw lover, such great food, awesome root beer; everything here is aandw made (with exceptions obv). Decent service, good food, good building. Nothing special, just a decent food joint.

Clean washrooms, friendly service. One hash brown missing from our take out order. But fresh and tasty.

The service was more or less good, the food was acceptable. The place was cleaned and the prices are according to the type of food that they sell. The atmosphere is relaxed. If you are hungry and you wanna something fast you definitely should visit this place

I'm not happy with my experience here. We stopped in for breakfast and I asked if there were any specials. The girl behind the till looked at me like a deer in headlights and said, "All we have is what's shown above." I've been to other A&Ws that do have breakfast specials but fine, maybe they've discontinued them or this place doesn't have them. My wife starts to order for the kids and asks for "two orders of pancakes" to which the girl says, "You know they come with three pancakes?" Yes, we know - we looked at the picture you pointed us to and that's why she said "two orders". Anyway, we finish ordering, pay, and, before sitting, check the condiments for syrup. We don't find any. Fine, maybe they bring it with the pancakes. We wait for the food to come and there's no syrup. I go look again for some but still can't find any. When I ask the girl for some, she says they don't have any. You could have told us about the lack of syrup when we ordered rather than telling us how many pancakes are in the picture. The kids decide to eat them without anything (we asked if they wanted jam or something else) though. I sit down and start to eat my over easy eggs. They were over easy all right - not only were the yolks runny, so was the egg white on one of the eggs! At least the second egg was - I had already eaten the first before I noticed. Thanks for serving me raw egg A&W! By the way, are your bathrooms cleaned at least once a day? The amount of dried pee on the urinal makes me think they aren't (unless there's some early rising seniors with really bad aim - in which case, I strongly suggest you schedule someone to do a clean at 9am - don't wait for someone to tell you it's dirty). If we ever do come back next time we are in the area, I'll be more diligent about checking my food before eating it and ordering eggs a bit more cooked!
