I found that this Save on Foods is pretty good. I've been to many Save on Foods in different cities, and this one ranks in my top 5. The produce look pretty good and fresh, meat selection had what I needed, and the cashier I had was friendly and funny. Will return next time I'm in town

Damika (cashier) needs to learn how to talk to people. She is saying to customers they do not know what they are buying and super rude and arrogant . Save on foods make sure you keep an eye on her behave she does with customers. I wish i had option for 0 star

A very good place to shop for groceries. At affordable prices. Under one roof you have a wide range of varieties. Rain cheque is one of the best features they have.

Quality and service has gone steadily down hill over the past few years

Went today to buy some groceries. Daniela was extremely rude. She needs to change her behaviour and treats every customer equally. Really disappointing. If i could give 0 star for her service then i would. She needs to finish her training again before she works as a cashier.

Asked about customer service as I had a question. Cashier said there is no customer service. When I asked her the question, she said she didn't know and probably no one else would either. Then ignored me, like I didn't exist. Definitely NO customer service and rude staff.

Great place with friendly people. The lineups can get long at peak times. If an item is not in store the staff will order it in.

Clean store with great food selection. Pharmacy/supplements not so great but you can find most things. Prices a little higher but sales are great. Lots of local products which is great…!!! And natural foods as well. I shop here when I need a few items since they’re so easy to navigate and find what you need

We do most of our grocery shopping here. The produce is fresher and lasts longer than a day in your fridge. The staff are always friendly. My only complaint is the public washroom, it is shockingly unclean.

Always decent staff and knowledgeable on item locations ect. How ever not impressed recently going in and being stalked around by the stores security from the moment I entered with my wife didn't greet us like the usual security or nothing then followed us threw the whole store crazy to think ide be followed around a store but I assume my tattoos and piercings were enough cause 😂👀

Could of been a 5 but on my out my receipt flew away and when I got home I didn't have my white vinager and now I can't get it back.. was a great store but I don't know where my vinager went from the grocery bagging

See my review of the Creston store. I get consistent good service and competitive prices across the Save On network of stores The Cranbrook store is bigger than the Creston one so I go to the Cranbrook one for my first shop of the month. The extra few kms to get there compared to the Creston store are worth it when supply issues persist.

The cleanest and most well lit grocery store in Cranbrook. Prices ate often a bit higher but if you have a save on card prices can be reduced. If you don't have one, ask for one at the checkout. Mist cashiers will be happy to apply the savings from your new card towards your current purchases. Rhonda is my favorite cashier. Lovely, friendly and so welcoming!!

For some time now this store has had problems with their debit machines. I can only go to select tills because my card only works at some. My card is fine because it works everywhere else in town. Management could careless about the inconvenience it causes. Come on you make millions in this city get new machines

Last night I went to the store in Cranbrook. While picking a few things a young lady worker approached me and asked if I need any help or if I was finding everything alright. I replied yes and began a short conversation with her. We then went separate ways. Two rows later I see her helping a very old lady. The respect, kind heartedly display that the young lady had reminded me of my own daughters. Parents excellent job on raising this one and Save on foods managers better recognize this type of staff. Ryan you keep up the great work.

Parking lot and store kept clean calm and courteous staff all in all good experience

I prefer this store over the other two main grocery stores in Cranbrook because the produce is almost always fresh and fully stocked, the meat selection is excellent, and the deli with its premade meals and baked goods is always great quality. We just had to utilize the delivery service for the first time due to isolation- the delivery was punctual and they even gave us a courtesy call to let us know they were on their way.

I would give 5 stars but the bathroom is not clean, unfortunately. Customer service is superb, the store is big, bright and clean, best produce by far! Will definitely keep shopping there!
