I had a pleasant experience here. The float session was quite an experience. I cried and I felt very light and free. It was pretty. I would definitely consider coming back. I had an incident with a staff member but I will say the company was very diligent in apologizing and making the situation right. Since then I have altered my review and I plan on returning for a better experience. Thank you

Visited family and decided to go on a whim. I have been traveling and networking for work so this was a great moment to gift myself. The staff was so attentive, sweet, and calm. They also walked us through the whole experience since this was my first time. I love the ocean and space, so it felt like I was floating by myself in an endless sea with stars in the sky. Each person’s experience is different and how you want to set your intentions. This was a beautiful moment and I can’t wait to try more! Definitely recommend because I feel so relaxed like all my cares in the world have disappeared 💕

What a calm, grounding experience. I’d recommend this to anyone, especially anyone with a hectic schedule. Great for physical and mental introspection.

My sanctuary here in Brooklyn. Truly the BEST float center I’ve ever visited. From the warm greeting upon arrival, teas and tinctures to ease into the flow, and float rooms themselves, everything is perfect. Not just a tank, but a ROOM. I don’t know how to explain that any better other than, you can spread out like the radiant starfish that you are and blast off to another dimension in the astral plane.

This was my first time doing any kind of sensory deprivation float and it was definitely interesting! The person who checked me in was extremely helpful, knowledge, and professional. The entire space is airy and well-appointed with beautiful, inviting couches and chairs. I was given a menu to choose from for a pre-float tonic (ranging from CBD tincture-infused elixirs to something exciting and aphrodisiac). I was also given a pair of socks to walk around the facility in. The room where the float experience takes place is a massive dimly lit nice-smelling shower room fully stocked with Le Labor products. I was instructed to take a shower with black charcoal scrub first and then I was off to the races! For the float itself, I was given the option of having a full sensory deprivation experience or having music or a guided experiment. I went with the former. The float takes place in a little chamber (but still with a high enough ceiling to not feel claustrophobic) with woo-woo fuschia lighting and twinkly blue star lights at the top. You can choose between lights on, stars on, or both on or off. The floating itself was very difficult to adjust to. I made this a 4-star review because the water was a little too cool and I got cold and uncomfortable very fast, so I had to get out, take a hot shower to warm up and then reenter the bath a couple times. The cold definitely detracted from the sensory deprivation experience, I felt, since I was very acutely aware of how cold I was. The other thing that was difficult to adjust to was my head positioning. Because of the way my head naturally lay on the water it created pressure and strain on my neck, largely because I wasn't used to holding my neck in that position. Floating in water without assistance is VERY cool though. Also if you get even the tiniest drop of salt near your eye or mouth, it becomes so unpleasant you have to jump out and rinse it off. This likely happened because I'm a n00b at this. Eventually I did have the experience of being out of body and away from space + time for the last 10 minutes or so but it definitely took some time and adjustment to get there. That was intense and interesting. The shower in the place was INSANELY nice. I would go back just for their shower and bath products. The post-float drink service was beautiful but my chai was way too sweet and I couldn't finish it.

Such a beautiful space! I love seeing Rosa and Son whenever I come in as they’re such a delight and Arturo is always a calming presence. I have now been floating for a year now and have healed so much from this wonderful self care and spiritual practice. Float therapy is actually a practice veterans and those with trauma benefit from in various published scientific studies as PTSD is the overstimulation of the senses and nervous system. The owners really care about their customers and have built such a safe space. My fav float studio by far!

So happy to have stumbled upon Vessel Floats over a year ago. “Floating” has become a part of my monthly self-care day and the team at Vessel Floats do an amazing job at providing a welcoming and comforting environment. Whether I am there to decompress, brain-storm ideas, or catch up on much needed rest; the pods, with their option to turn on/off audio and lights make each experience a relaxed and refreshed one. Grateful for Rosa’s energy and attention, before and after each float! As a member, I love the ability to extend my floats. It truly helps me relax and calm my nerves and enjoy my experience. Bonus points for a well-designed space by a local NYC Architecture Firm which takes you on a journey form the moment you enter through the front door.

This place has been the ultimate life savor for my back. I had scoliosis surgery 15 years ago and have recently been experiencing a lot of chronic pain. I tried floating and it’s been a game-changer for me. I'm so happy that I gave it a shot. It's literally been the only thing that's been helping me recover. The staff is super sweet, free dope socks and the drinks are delicious. Also super duper clean and well decorated inside. Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Incredible experience. Son helped me to shift gears as soon as I entered the space. She graciously explained everything and did not rush me (I was feeling nervous). The float itself was heavenly. I was looking forward to the guided meditation but couldn’t decipher it with the earplugs in, so I opted for silence. Very nice soap and lotion selections and the beverages were so so so good. I will definitely be back!!

Went to Vessel Floats last week for the first time (2nd time floating) and it was fabulous. Such a relaxing and clean environment. Michael was wonderful and so integral to the positive experience. He was welcoming and explained everything in thorough detail, including tips for maximum enjoyment. Will absolutely be returning.
