Great! Will be back again! This is the second time here. Waitress was wonderful and, patiently answering my questions. The only concerns is the doors to this restaurant are heavy for me and, most elderly.? Samantha was my waitress, and I just adore her.

For a newly opened restaurant bar in a small, town the food was not that bad, but not the best either. What prompted me to give this review, is the service that was provided. It was bad. Seems like the management did not train their food server properly. After eating a taco out of 3, the server brought us the bill, then every 5 minutes thereafter, the server kept coming back and asked if he could take our plate. We are literally still eating. We felt like we are being rush out the door. That was so disappointing. It was not like all the tables are occupied and there is a line outside, but that was not the case. There are empty tables. To the management, train your staff to let your customer enjoy their food / drink Asking your customer to take their plate while still eating is rude and insulting.

Had the Jalapeno Nortenos, STRAWBERRY MARGARITA, and the MUCHO MEXICANO BURRITO. The jalapenos could of used more spice/flavor but were decent. Margarita was delicious and the burrito was amazing! Another person at the table go the quesadilla sampler and I tried the chicken. It was good.

We finally tried this gem out. Thank you for coming to Crawfordsville. The food was tasty and great. Salsa is made there as are tortillas. Salsa is a bit hotter, which we loved. I had the Shrimp tacos with spicy veggies, HOT but good. Husband had steak fajitas, he loved the flavors. We had enough to take home. I’d go again with no problem.

Stopped by on my way through town and was SHOCKED how good everything was! This place is very clean, the service was great and the food was amazing. I tried a Cucumber margarita that ended up being the beat margarita I have ever had. I will be making the trip back to this place again!

We loved this place! Nice size portion of queso, the margarita flights are a great way to sample flavors, and trust me they were ALL delicious! Great service and atmosphere, will be back!

First time going to restaurant. Food was amazing. Authentic and unique atmosphere. Clean and well ordered. Even though I don't drink alcohol the bar area was inviting and a unique way shelves were ordered. Large separation between general dining and bar so I would consider family friendly. Staff was outgoing and friendly. They have a full menu option for tacos from normal to quazi exotic. Only potential complaint, nay, room for improvement would be ensuring drinks are refilled especially with spicy and savory food. All in all this is a top notch place. Go and try.... You still here....GO.

I came in with low expectations honestly, but after trying a little bit of everything with my family we all agreed that blue cactus blows every other Mexican style restaurant out of the water. With how thoughtfully made each dish is, you can tell the place is owned by a chef. As someone who worked in a gourmet kitchen as a prep chef, I can assure you fresh ingredients and heart is put into blue cactus' food. It's worth every dollar!

We finally got to try the Blue Cactus and we were very impressed! The menu had a wonderful selection with elevated dining options. I was amazed to see the tortillas were handmade and not greasy at all. Everything tasted so fresh you can tell they really care about quality. I tried the street tacos with steak, chorizo and pineapple with a side of white cilantro rice. I’m excited to go back and try something new each time. I also really enjoyed looking at all the paintings of the Mexican culture and decor. Thumbs up!

I stopped here for dinner after a hiking trip. This restaurant has the best barbacoa burrito I have ever consumed. The margaritas were well balanced. Service was great. It was a bit pricey for Mexican food but I found it to be worth the price as the food quality is notably higher than the typical mexican place. I would 1000% come back!

👍👍 Great and quick service, lots of items on the menu- servers offered pretty good suggestions. We are a group of 12 and came here after kayaking and had a super filling meal! All of us got different items on the menu and they were all good! Special mention to Chad and Delhane!!
