Apache Pizza Ballinasloe

The food was good and the staff was super friendly.

I have tried many pizza places in the area but none compare to the quality and taste of Aoache Pizza. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The( SHAWARMA )were also delicious. Highly recommend. The Staff are very welcoming and so nice. They have delivery and online orders. My kids keep asking for other pizza orders.

Unfortunately this order was Appauling. Apache pizza Ballinasloe need to get there communication services in check. I rang up Apache at 17:30 to change the time of delivery (Original time 18:20) and delivery location. I stated clearly on the phone that I wished for the delivery location to be changed to the railway station, and the new delivery time at 19:00, as we would be late. Please note that the man on the phone passed a cheeky remark saying: "Maybe give us a good review this time, ha ha." This was extremely unprofessional and this was only the beginning of my problems with the staff and their communications. At 18:20, I got a phone call asking where we were. I couldn't believe that Apache pizza Ballinasloe had not warned the driver that we would be late. I had to explain to the person on the phone that I had changed it and I had a witness who had heard what I said. I put down the phone after that as I was busy. When we were on our way back to Ballinasloe, I rang up Apache and asked them if we would be getting anything. They started to say we were late, but then I reminded them that I warned them 50 minutes in advance. They eventually said they would send something at 19:00. At 19:00 we waited for delivery. After some trouble finding us (which I don't understand how as I explained it was the main entrance, and there is only 1 main entrance!) It eventually arrived. The driver was not very friendly but at that stage I couldn't have cared less. I paid him the €33.49 without any tip. When we sat down to have the food we realized that they sent us the food that was from earlier. It was all cold, the pizza was extremely salty and had a hole in it, the garlic bread was stiff, and the ice cream had been defrosted and I have photographic and video evidence of the food. If we get food poisoning (particularly from the ice cream), Apache pizza Ballinasloe shall know all about it. As for the cheeky comment on the phone, no I will not leave a good review!

In past used to get pizza with halal meat and had no issues but I don’t know what’s problem with this new fella, I ordered Pizza and request Halal meat but got pork meat on all over the pizza but the man working there keeps telling lies that its nor pork meat..... You should be transparent and shouldn’t misguide people regarding their rituals for the sake of your sale. Don’t even care about customer preferences, liars.....
