My husband and I were travelling from Calgary to Balfour. We experienced issues with our car. We hobbled into Kokanee Ford and were treated like royalty. All of the staff were awesome, We did not know that such welcoming service was still available in this world When we need a new car we will travel to Kokanee to purchase one .

Service folks were top notch when we rolled in with an issue while on vacation. They quickly identified the problem and had us on the road the next day after the part came in.

The staff at this location are AMAZING and very friendly!! Unfortunately our vehicle had some radiator issues and broke during our travels … so grateful it completely broke as we pulled into the Ford dealership in Creston at around 330 pm. Everyone was so helpful and had parts ordered for the next day … and then they gave us a courtesy car so we could make our way to some accommodations for the night. When I tried to thank the mechanic he said no need, that’s what were here for. Thank you everyone at this dealership … you all turned our day around!

Purchased a 2020 12 Passenger Transit. The experience was fantastic, Mike made sure we got just what we wanted, and even though we had to wait a long time (covid), Mike kept us up to date with any new information he had. We have since only had it serviced by their wonderful team, and any issues that arise, they have dropped everything to make sure I am taken care of. If only Ford themselves stood by their product like Kokanee Ford Sales does. Hats off to the team!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the service and parts staff! I stopped in with a minor emergency concern after hitting something on the Salmo Creston Hwy. Doug Reves slid me in and had the necessary repairs done amazingly quickly. Doug went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. If any of his customers have concerns when visiting Burnaby, I'll go out of my way at Coastal Ford to see they are dealt with hopefully as well. Thanks also to Garret Huscroft and Shawna Smoroden who made my short time there most enjoyable.

Friendly helpful staff, I had my vehicle serviced and they did a great job.

The service team went above and beyond to assist us when our car broke down on the outskirts of town. The team worked on our car past closing time with virtually no prior notice to allow us to continue travelling to our next destination that evening. They were thorough in their checks and showed exceptional attention to detail. I’m extremely thankful and cannot recommend them enough. 5 Stars!!
