I’ve come through the drive-thru a few times since this location opened, but I had my first experience within the store this past Thursday. Jen was amazing! So welcoming! My niece asked about a fake viral drink, “under the sea,” and Jen shared that it wasn’t real. Jen continued to engage with my niece, who then asked for a drink that was pink in color. Jen had an idea and asked my niece “do you trust me,” to which my niece replied, “yes.” My niece liked it, and probably would have loved it with one extra pump of vanilla. The music was great, and the leather and wood furniture was warming. The color of the chairs is reminiscent of cinnamon. There is also an outdoor patio area with umbrellas guests can open if they do choose. Overall, I have had pleasant experiences both inside and in the drive-thru. Jen is a gem!

Went through the drive through. Ordered 2 lattes and 1 hot chocolate. 1st of all, I tipped and still received bad service. The 2 lattes came out right away. The hot chocolate took 10 minutes. Pretty sure they forgot. Standing, talking in a big group. Phones in hand. The hot chocolate tasted like water.

Walked in at around 8am on 6/6/23 to pick up a cup of coffee because the drive thru line is ALWAYS SLOW. To my surprise, everyone was extremely happy, loud in their speech, and overly willing to help. I was out of there in under 3-4 minutes which normally takes much longer ordering inside. After looking around, it appeared that people from corporate was there and the staff put on an award winning performance. It was a thing of beauty…👏👏👏👏 something I’ve never seen before visiting that store often. Can corporate be there every morning around 9 so I can get in and out??

The service is good and quick, but tbh I only go to this location to see this one barista who works there who is hella fine 😍😍

Long wait at drive thru window even when mobile ordering. Staff are very perky. Often times they are out of pastry items, only offering to replace it with a lesser pastry. Never have reusable cups available.

So happy to finally have a Starbucks in Crete!Today was my second time visiting this location. The drive thru was FULL (if someone got in line behind me they would have been in the road) when I arrived. I brought my pups with me, so I didn't really want to go inside, or else I probably would have at this point. The order taker was great. While you could tell he was still learning, he was very nice and it made all the difference. Suddenly I didn't mind that the line was moving slowly or that I had to wait a minute to order once I actually got to the speaker. Overall, I think I was there for about 15 minutes- which isn't out of the ordinary for going to Starbucks when they are busy these days. My drink and croissant were hot, fresh, and delicious. I'll definitely be back.

I enjoyed the visit, friendly people, good ambiance. Took a little bit to get our drinks, but overall, it was a nice friendly visit.

The drinks and food are good but the drive thru was so long it took 15mins from start to finish and tried ordering ahead to save time and drinks have not been made in time for pick up, be prepared to kill time in the drive thru lane!

Clean, modern, inviting shop. Great service/friendly employees. Drink was made as asked and delicious!

Though brand new, very cold & sterile feel. Not comfortable to sit and enjoy your beverage but exceedingly clean. Lights are way too bright for early morning enjoyment.

Slowwww. They’ve gotten better but they still seem confused when u ask for a customization. Starbucks prices r too high for them to keep missing up orders. Also all the guys are nice, but some of the women are kinda rude.

The drive thru team was so great. My granddaughter needed a cake pop and they always name all the flavors without a problem. Made her day.

The only problem I had here was that the guy did not read the ticket and put ice in my drink and I saw him scoop out the ice once he saw that it had light ice. Otherwise the drink was almost perfect

Custom drink's are usually correct. Internet says they close at 8pm but the door is locked before 7:30. It seems like nobody cares there like other locations. They do have there good days but alot of bad ones.

Very modern, unlike any other Starbucks I’ve been in. Staff is very sweet and caring, you can really tell the drinks are made well and with love.

All good for charging the right price but not by following directions on what i want.. and then charging me 2 $2.99 cake pops but only putting one in the bag.. Ridiculous! Theyre all to busy talking & laughing with eachother, moping over my feet, with no excuse me… RUDE!! Instead of bringing up your prices you should do better customer service and pay attention to what your doing!!
