I don't like to leave bad reviews. But we were disappointed in our condo. We have stayed here 3 times and it's always been a good experience. 2c was very dated and needs some work ! The showers are dark, the bar stools are stained , the rug in the hallway is stained , the sleeper sofa mattress is very uncomfortable. This place needs some work . You pay the same price for the units and the others we have stayed in were nice so disappointed in this one .

Nice spacious condo. Great location. But the best part of the experience was by far the manager, Michael. He seriously went above and beyond to help us out when we had car troubles. He couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly. One of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. We’d come back again just because we know he’d have our back!

Great place to stay if you plan to ski or if you want to enjoy the downtown area. we walked everywhere while we were here. The condo kitchen is very well supplied and the front desk is very pleasant to work with prior to our trip. would highly recommend this for your Breckenridge trip!

We stayed in Unit 5B at this property for 2 weeks. Very comfortable and well furnished. The location is fabulous and convenient to all things Breck. The office staff were great. As we were leaving we had a surprise visitor. Would certainly stay again.

Close to the ski runs. Some rooms are modern some aren't. Make sure to check out the website.

You know pine ridge is a reservation in South Dakota? It's where the Lakota community lives and it happens to be the most imporvished place in the US. I hope that someone is donating their profits to this community.

*Update: the last couple times I stayed here we had a couple issues. The first was in the kitchen. These condos are full homes with pretty much everything you need. We always stop at the grocery store in Frisco to stock up on food for our stay. Our condo had zero spices. No oil or butter. No salt or pepper. Nothing. Had to go back and buy a bunch of stuff I shouldn't have had to. Really left a sour taste in my mouth. The second thing was the location. We rented a condo that was ski in, but when we got there they said that one wasn't available so they gave us one that was way upstairs. We paid more to stay on ground level but ended up having to walk a ways and also go up several flights of stairs. Due to the way we were treated, and the prices they want now, we've decided to rent a different place that's more updated and cheaper while still being on the 4 O'clock run. * I have been coming here every year for a while now. I love it! People rent their condos out, so I always get a really good price for an amazing condo! It's right on the mountain, you can ski right up to the buildings. Some are on the 4 O'clock run, while some are across the street, which is only a short walk. There's a bus stop in front to pick you up and drop you at the lifts, or about anywhere in town. It's a nice, couple/few block walk to downtown Breckenridge. There's an equipment rental place right next door that does a great job getting you in and out for less money than other rental places.

Been to Breckenridge 8 times 6 staying here ,you can ski to your front door if you get the right apartment. The rooms for a family are great, booking for next year as soon as we get back.

Reasonably priced condo within walking distance of main street. Unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Hot tub was around the corner attached to another building. Parking would be tight during peak season. Will consider staying again if we return.

What a treat to spend a couple nights here! The location was perfect to walk to town for meals and shopping, close to bus stops, snowflake ski run... The condo we had was great with 2 rooms, 2 bath, full kitchen, large living room. Perfect for fixing some of our own meals and visiting with friends and family in the area for the weekend as well!! Will stay here again!!

We have stayed here many times before and we keep returning because of the fantastic customer service by the front desk. Michael and Justin are wonderful! We love the short distance to Main Street and being able to ski in on 4 o’clock run. The kitchen is very well stocked. We love how it sits right in the mountains with beautiful views. Love the hot tubs too! We booked this last minute this year and so appreciate the staff getting us in!

Very convenient location to winter activities. Lower 4oclock trail allows you to ski home at end of day. 2bdr Condo was very clean and has enough space for 5+ people. You also get a storage locker to put skis in

A good place to stay if you don't need many amenities (pool and fitness center exist but are not great). The unit where we stayed could use some maintenance, and the pillows, the sofa-bed and bedding frankly sucked. Although not ski out (you can ski in) you can easily get to the slopes via the free transportation system offered by the town-which works great. Main Street is an easy walk, once you get to the hotel you pretty much won't need to drive. All in all we did enjoy our stay and will definitely come back.

This place was great! The location was perfect in town where everything was near by and one of the ski lifts was only two blocks away. The room itself was really nice and very clean, 7 of us each had a bed and we all fit comfortably. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They also made it quick and easy to book the room. What's better is they make courtesy calls to make sure everything was good. The cleaning staff was friendly. Loved the decor, very cabin like, made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here. Price was as expected at the time I went. I've stayed here twice, the second time, we opted for a larger room and it was worth it!

Lovely cosy and large condo. Downstairs individual lockable ski storage lockers really handy. Building (block 7 ) has been there a while and design means no lift, which made dragging heavy ski bags up the stairs hard going for people our age...lol. 1 minute walk across the car park to the bus - 1 stop away from the Snowflake lift. Ski literally to the door on the four o'clock run ...brilliant !!!! Would absolutely go back.

Ideal location! Ski in and a short walk or bus ride to the Snowflake chairlift. Walk to anything in town - Main Street is two blocks away. 3 hot tubs, a pool, a fitness center… everything you need! Stayed in 4B and it was so cute.
