Totally Disgusting Outlet, one of the most Pig Ignorant shops I have ever visited! Terribly Rude Staff, Poor Poor almost Non existent Service - NOT Customer Focused - WILL NEVER visit or eat / drink anything relating to or in connection with Tim Horton's again EVER - Refused to accept cash from me & was told to go elsewhere + I strongly advise others to boycott this terrible place

Love Tim Hortons! Just like being in Canada 🇨🇦. Amazing how they have exactly the same donuts and coffees. The French Vanilla is a staple in Canada and it tasted exact same (if not better). Also had a 20 Timbits! Everyone loves a timbit! When you can’t be in Canada a Timmies in Cardiff will have to do boi! 🤣

We stayed 5 days in Cardiff and the whole time wanted to get Tim Hortons coffee, but all the time we were either full or too erly, or late. Finally on the day of departure we had a breakfast and it was good, mocha was sweet, my espresso was aweakening, the breakfast muffin yummy and the doughnut soft. Also good location. Shame none nearer London.

It was our first time at Tim Hortons for a late lunch. My partner and I opted for the meatless sriracha burger and Tim’s double cheese burger. We struggled with what to eat and deciding what to pick at the self service screens, so the colleague on till helped us, and took our order at the till point. After a short wait our food order number was called and everything was hot and fresh. The meatless burger is seasoned well and delicious! The double cheese, does not taste like fast food. As a cheeky treat, we bought donuts. We definitely recommend the Lemon meringue and Canadian maple. Highly recommend and will be back!

We always wanted to try Tim Hortons since we heard that is the best coffee out there! While visiting from Bristol we had the chance to do exactly that! The service was extremely efficient and YES the coffee is perfect! You can customise it as much as you want. They also had amazing treats!

I heard a lot about Tim Horton's coffee. I was excited to give it a try. Tim Horton is very spacious with a good number of seats. I tried Coffee with the original blend. It was a perfect coffee. If you are bored of Costa Coffee, Starbucks, etc, you can try Tim Horton's coffee. It is located in the town center. You can visit here with family, friends, and kids as well.

We came here for breakfast dine-in, food was hot and fresh, customer service by SRIKANTH and his team was top notch, we had a bit if bitter experience last time, but this time everything was perfectly done, we will surely visit this place again on our next time visit to Cardiff. Stay Blessed, keep up the good work... Regards S Singh

Was looking forward to going here as we have been to loads of Tim Hortons in Canada;however, this one couldn’t be more different. The welcome matched the atmosphere (cold). Waited about 20mins for the 4x drinks to be made. Drinks were just ok - McDonalds ice mocha is tastier. Not great value for service, speed, taste or size. Same drink in Canada will cost you £2.64 vs £4.39 here in Cardiff.

Nice place for a lunch, tables needed cleaning more regularly but food was fresh and tasty. Coffee was a bit strong for me but I'm not a big coffee drinker, got some Timbits to takeaway which were nice.

An enjoyable visit, quick services and I have wanted to try this place for a while, (you can thank Ken Domik, still not sure what a double double is?) So today I ordered a cherry crush cooler (currently suffering from stomach freeze) along with a strawberry trifle 🍩. Service was quick, but I wasn't ordering a lot. I really liked both items and I hope to see a Tim Hortons in Luton before to long.

The coffee is really good and the range unique but unfortunately the service is pretty slow and haphazard - my all day breakfast muffin had no bacon in. The doughnuts look really good and aren't bad, but again, a bit lacklustre, with my Boston Cream having no filling and each within the 6-pack I bought being a bit dry. A good vibe in store though, not super comfy and probably better on a less busy day.

Nice place for a quick breakfast in a modern vibe (fast casual). The staff are welcoming and generous (shoutout to Sheiri). There are good breakfast deals and variety of options for everyone. Visited this place several times and the service were consistent every time

First time of trying Tim Hortons and I was very impressed by this establishment. Really spacious, clean, easy and quick service. They have a great breakfast offer at the moment £1.99 for any breakfast meal. Which consists of any breakfast option with hash brown, orange juice or coffee. I went for the Big Breakfast Wrap which is a wrap filled with sausage patty, bacon, egg and hash brown which was really tasty and tasted freshly cooked. The hash brown reminded me of a rosti and was nice and a orange juice. Amazing value, very filling and tasty - will be back when I am next in Cardiff

My first time to try, I was in Cardiff for a short visit and I went there to buy a cold sweet drink, and I was fond of their oreo frape. It is new on the menu, but this is the best one I tried since I come to UK.

It's a good place for a snack and cuppa with friends if you're in town. Access isn't a problem if you have mobility issues as there aren't any steps to negotiate to enter. Good choice of snacks available but ordering is by their touch screen points. If you have difficulty with this then you can ask a member of staff for help. Hot drinks here are very good and better than restaurants BK and McDs.

I bought Timbits but the staffs refuse to make order due to my customised choice. They only chose what they didn’t want to me because they wanted to get it home!!! Those flavours I choose were still in stock!!! Their attitude was so rude when I asked why they couldn’t make order due to my choice and he just asked said he can’t with no reason.

Great choice of hot and cold drinks and various donuts. Seating inside and toilets including disability toilet. However the lift was broken, but there is disability access from side door up a ramp so manageable.

Very nice experience... Staff all good and I like french vanilla.. I recommend everyone to go there..

Nice enough place, a bit lacking in atmosphere but the food and drinks were OK. People enthuse about this brand so much and wanted to try it out. No different to any other coffee shop really, nothing particularly special about it but nice to try. Good effort made to accommodate different dietary needs (e.g. dairy/non-dairy)..

They cant seem to match the standard and price of a Canadian Timmies. Coffee and donuts were ok but expensive!! Donuts seemed like they were not baked on site. I was definetly a little disapointed with my boston creme. My double double was ok but clearly they had no idea what they were making.

Decent enough coffee and Tim bits but: Staff seemed overwhelmed, possibly by the amount of Uber and just eat orders? We were overlooked, took over 15 minutes to get a coffee and a box of 10 Tim bits. Tables not the cleanest. We're still in a pandemic as of 2/10/21 don't forget, that sort of thing should be paramount really. Overall, disappointing. I'm never disappointed at Tim's.

We visit here every now and then and always enjoy it. Once they open the store in Weston-s-Mare we'll be regulars.

They maintain the quality and quantity as in Canada.I was so happy to see Tim hortons here in UK.loved their breakfast .timbets and donuts so delicious

Good location, and a sense of space with super high ceilings. Clean enough, average wait time for food. Mid-range pricing. Timbits takeout were fun - pack of 10 mini donut cakes, pick n mix flavours, great idea!

Very good coffee shop especially taking breakfast in the morning

Had high expectations and the coffee was amazing but the breakfast was pretty rubbish. The muffin was dry and not very enjoyable. The hash brown soggy and bland. No where near as nice as the McDonald's equivalent.

  • 5/5 Ell A. 2 years ago on Google
The menu offers both ‘coffee shop snacks’ and other food options e.g. chicken burgers, a decent range of hot/cold drinks and sweet treats too! Nice change from your usual coffee shops.

Busy today due to events happening in town. They now have a machine in store that you order on which requires card. Not sure if they take cash.

As usual, food ( donuts) were excellent ...but staff appeared to be headless chickens......hot drink wasn:t hot and tables not being cleared and cleaned

👍👍 Great Jamaican food, we had a great time! I highly recommend the bottomless brunch, our waitress, Lucy, was very attentive and we had a great chat about nights out in Cardiff! The bar staff's cocktails were beautiful, too!
