I was given burnt patty the first time at Cross Roads location & the staff told her colleague in my presence "She said di patty burn", as if I wasn't speaking the truth. I told her the correct thing to do is to look at it & apologize for serving overcooked patty. The wheat bread was okay. The second time I visited I got cold coco bread. Both occasions the store's was dirty...the floor tables & chairs. Usually I am trying to find a clean spot. I don't know why early afternoon on a Sunday customers cannot have a clean environment with good service. Mothers need to do better.

Well today's I had two Mothers beef patties, and a cup of juice for lunch, and taste was okay. This franchise came a long way, but have room for improvement with their taste.

Haven't had food from Mother's for about 3yrs. It's like the fries aren't fried like it used to. The fries barely touch the oil but the sweet chilli chicken sandwich is still tasting good

I enjoyed my meal. It was pretty warm as well. The staff was polite but the place was a bit crowded with customers waiting on their orders to be served. The service was an overall 7/10 in my opinion.

The worst customer service I have ever gotten... cashier had no manners no idea how to speak to a customer, just rude and disgusting... Very disappointing... If I could give no stars I would just awful.. I cancelled my order and took my money else where.. now I see why people always tell me to avoid mothers...

Going there has never been a bad experience for me as staff is always friendly,the wait time is not long either

I went there for breakfast, however when I ordered yam only I was told I can't get more than 2 pieces of yam. At the time the banana had run out so I ask for the manager and explain that I want no dumplings so in the absent of banana if I could get two more pieces of yam. She said no, it policy that I can't get more than 2 pieces of yam. So I say as a manager you must can use your initiative since banana run out. She said she can't because it policy. I called the head office and was told that the person to address that problem cannot be located at the time and I can leave my number to get a call back it's now very close to 24 hours since and I get no call back.

Mothers has potential with the variety on the menu. The satff depending on the person will be quite nice. Quite effiecient got through really fast. The patty here was not for me ill stick ti the sandwiches and fried chicken
