I just want to start out by saying I usually love the food, I’ve gone to noodles a number of times but I never ordered from this location. I’ve recently moved and used DoorDash for this location and it has been the worst noodles I’ve ever had you can tell that they just did not care. I haven’t encountered such callousness at a place of business before. The noodles were extremely undercooked, I know this because when I bit into it it was STILL CRUNCHY. I’ve never been one to complain but this place has really taken it to the next tier and I’m STARVING and at work and no way for me to order more food this really ruined my day... and of course I will not be getting my money back thanks capitalism!

Delicious! Didn't feel sick at all from grease or anything. It was yummy and the restaurant was clean! I love the unlimited refills on drinks and they have healthy options instead of just soda!

Noodles were noodly. The door was super heavy though, make sure your level is high enough to get through it, or else you're going to have to go farm for xp and the trip is for nothing.

Most the time its great last time i went i got cold noodles and cheese the only thing hot was the chicken

Before we ordered we watched a customer come up and ask for missing mushrooms in his dish. The kitchen then asked if it was ok to just put the uncooked mushrooms on top and proceeded to do so. The entire kitchen was yelling and laughing at each other. Seemed like the place was being ran by teenagers with no supervisor. Food was consistent as to what to expect from noodles and co. Was exciting to see many of their new dishes and noodle options. Unfortunately there was a weird feeling in the atmosphere with all the rush and a handful of mistakes I over heard and say haplening. Nothing wrong with mistakes but it did not seem like any where handled correctly and it seemed awkwardly at best.

Food portions are smaller (since COVID) and the service isn’t the best. Several mistakes were made with all four of our orders. The Japanese Pan Noodles are decent, but not enough sauce. A good inexpensive meal, but for a few dollars more there is a great Mongolian Grill place in Algonquin with larger food portions and better quality food and better prices. Noodles and Company is fairly decent for “fast food” (but food portions are extremely small) and there are much better dinner options in the local area.

Really enjoy their zucchini noodle dishes. Their pickup system needs improvement. They call names as the order is completed, but if you're not there to hear your name, you have to wait until the 1 person packing the orders has time to call names of orders not yet picked up.

We go here often first time ordering out for pick up Mac and cheese was so dry very little cheese it was a bowl of elbow noodles My daughter ordered Tai noodle no mushrooms and had a ton of mushrooms Husband ordered steak stroganoff and the was bearly and sauce and 2 small slices of beef $50 what a waist!!

Had a awesome experience in here with my daughter. The food arrives rapidly and the customer service is just good. Prices are fair.

Service was good, food was good, the only complaint I have is that the most-used door is the side door and it opens right into the parking lot. That means that every time anyone goes in or out (probably 25 times during our lunch), a blast of icy cold wind cuts straight through the restaurant. I found myself hating the one guy who held the door open for a woman crossing the parking lot because I'm pretty sure the temperature of my food dropped five degrees due to that. If you go to this noodles, sit on the side of the restaurant closer to the front door rather than the side 👍

Went for lunch, slow service., took 15 minutes for 2 meals at 11:15 am. Thankfully we had 45 minutes for lunch as opposed to 30.

Tasty noodles could be a little less expensive.

Pretty great. Quality is consistent.

A little pricey but really good

The "caulifloodles" are fantastic! They're my new favorite. This visit I had my kids' noodles replaced with them too. My son (8) said his mac and cheese was way better this time. It was the first time he actually finished it all. My daughter (6) always loves the buttered noodles but also said she liked the cauliflower better. Veggie win!

I used to eat here all the time! I loved their potstickers Untill they changed it and now it’s not my favorite anymore. I am also upset they got rid of my Favorite pasta dish which was the shrimp scampi. Not sure why they got rid of it but it is what it is! Also their Famous Mac and cheese is no longer as good! Used to be more creamy now it’s just dry!

In fairness, I did not order food after going into the filthy bathroom that does not look like it has been cleaned since 2020.

What's not to love. Quick tasty italian and pad tia dishes at a good price.

There was an issue with our online order not going through to the store. The General Manager, Heri, fixed the problem right away and got our order made quickly. Great experience!

I used to be more of a fan of Noodles, but have had too many problems from this location: missed order notes for sauce changes necessary for diet sensitivities, a gradual decline in quality, and now a more reduced menu (though the location isn't to blame for the last part). In my family's last order, our cavatappi was so overcooked and mushy that two of us couldn't finish our meals. We were only barely on the "positive" side before but our last meal pushed us over the "negative" edge and we don't plan on returning.

Busy place but pretty fast. Reasonable price. Great food and pleasant staff.

A good place to eat, with a variety of good options. This location was well staffed and very quick.

There's always seating available, service is quick, the food quality is very good and consistent and they've always addressed any issues with take-out orders. Also appreciate the drink machine with flavor choices!

I would love to shoutout “Mary” for her amazing hospitality And customer service. I was sitting in the lobby because I was waiting for my girlfriend to show up. I haven’t tried to place before so I was excited and then suddenly Mary walked up to me and checked in on me. I told her I was alright and I knew what I was gonna be order. She smiled and stepped away and came back shortly afterwards to double check. She even asked to bring me a cup but I couldn’t stand to have her walk back and forth so I met her halfway. She even complimented my korn tattoo. Eventually I ordered and the man taking my order was polite and didn’t charge me for the drink Mary gave me so I think we’ll keep that one to ourselves. I enjoyed the food and the everything about this location. Definitely coming back soon enough

There is a funky smell here every time I come in. Been noticing it lately and am hoping that I don't get food poisoning.

Food is good, their new limited time chicken parmesan was delicious and Heri at this location is amazing, with great customer service.

Food has always been good, staff are just an awesome group of people. My ONLY complaint being that the past few times I've went and asked for straight soy sauce, I've gotten soy sauce with some kind of chili pepper added in. Small inconvenience to be honest, i just want soy sauce for my potstickers!! If you do as well, **make sure to specify** happy dining!!

I ordered mac and cheese through Uber Eats. Got a bowl of just noodles and no cheese. I called the restaurant but they said since it's through uber eats, they can't do anything. I double checked my order though and it says nothing about ordering just noodles. Very poor customer service. I will not order here again.

Today the website was down, they hung up on me three times while trying to place my “curbside” order. When I drove up and parked to pick up my curbside order, I was told that they gave my order away accidently and if I did not mind waiting while they remade my order. I waited twenty minutes when a young female attendant came out to tell me I had to go into the store to pay as their website was down! How is it a curbside pickup if you have to go into the store to picup your order and pay?!!! Just unacceptably bad service today. Disappointed 🙁😡

Service was slow, but food was hot and good as ever.

The meat wasn't very good.

They need to come up with a better system to make food go out faster, i shouldn't have to wait 20+ minutes for an order, there were people in there who used mobile order and didn't even get their food till 30 minutes later! For how much I paid for Mac and cheese my food was cold! My husbands chicken was under cooked! My noodles were hard, we will never be eating here again, i cant even get the 20+ I spent! Absolutely ridiculous!

This is my go to noodles. They always remember my name and exact order. Always polite. Remembers what I want on a specific day! The only thing I consider a little disappointing. They can be skimpy on the quantity of the order. Overall, food still tastes amazing and supportive employees

The manger was extremely unprofessional and did not seem to have any regard for customers waiting for food and proceeded to punch a hole in the wall... I just cannot believe this man made it to mangement
