A good professional, however, leaves something to be desired on some issues. I believe that the investment in the consultation is not equivalent, it is a high value for what is actually delivered. Asks few questions, doesn't feel like it was "advisory", usually lasting no more than 10 minutes. Where in my opinion, it is not a timely psychiatric analysis of a patient.

Overall inflexible and cost-effective. -The price of the doctoralia app was lower, but we had to pay the "updated" price. Even though it is telemedicine, the value is the same as in-person, but we have excellent expectations based on the entire history and evaluations. The Consultation was "normal", with questions and attentive but without many initial explanations about the case... and we had follow-up for around 30 days via wtpp (but nothing extraordinary). There was no return consultation as usual (at least in SC there is always a return consultation), after which I learned that the "return" costs almost the same as the initial consultation, and that the prescriptions would only be provided by consulting again, despite having Monitoring was carried out via wtpp. I respect and believe that each person acts in the way they consider "coherent", but I consider this form of consultation/service and billing unfair considering the needs of "psychiatric" patients, especially in relation to the frequency of controlled medications. In the end, all I was left with was frustration, so I don't recommend it. :(

I had a home consultation with Dr Thiago for a psychiatric report for my sister, he was extremely attentive, kind to both me and my father, a human person who seeks out our problems, a great doctor, I definitely recommend him.

I definitely didn't have a good consultation. I saw several positive comments, so I made an appointment with Dr. Thiago. I did not feel welcomed by the doctor and few questions were asked, without much interest in further investigation on his part, in addition to the fact that the cost of the consultation is high. He gave me medication treatment, I believe it was the only good part. Otherwise, I think I will look for another doctor to continue my treatment.
