I went to Cia da Piscina and received very good service. I was building my house and didn't have a defined project for the pool. We negotiated where I bought all the necessary equipment and they designed it. Today after finishing, I couldn't have made the best choice. They made several follow-up visits and after the entire structure had been installed, they activated it and gave us practical classes on how to use all the equipment and maintain the pool. I recommend it 100%. Everything promised was delivered.

Reliable company with fair price

On 09/22/23 I contacted the company to quote a source, spoke with the consultant Beatriz and scheduled a visit to the store for the following day. The visit was chaotic as the store was undergoing renovations and it was barely possible to talk due to the noise and dust. We aligned our needs with the consultant Beatriz who was responsible for redoing the budget and forwarding it to us at the beginning of the week, but we did not receive it, a week later I sent a message to her who never responded to me again, in short, they made me waste time going to the store, they didn't send the quote and they simply don't respond anymore, very unprofessional.
