Very nice reception. Everyone was very friendly and sweet. Dr. Donnelly was exceptionally understanding of my current condition. The office environment was clean and pretty/classy, even though it was in a very old building. A bit cramped with chairs in reception room closer than I would have expected. Still, they did the best that they could do during this current pandemic. I would highly recommend this establishment to friends and family alike. I felt safe and comfortable as well as welcome. Probably one of the best dentist in Summit County, definitely best dentist I've ever had. Knowledge and professionalism is the theme throughout her entire practice. From the staff in the reception area to the hygienist and dental assistants, I can't say enough about their service. No one likes going to the dentist but Amanda Donnelly DMD, definitely will change your mind!

Today was my first time visiting Dr Donnelly, I must say what a wonderful experience, From being greeted by Kris to Andi, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, to Dr Donnelly. A great staff makes a great experience, you can truly feel the warmth and compassion when you are there.

I had a wonderful experience at Donnelly Family Dentistry! This was the first time I had been to the dentist in a few years and everyone in the office was so kind and helpful. Rachel was my hygienist and she was so sweet! She was very patient and explained all parts of the process throughout my appointment. The facilities are very nice and the music was fun throughout the appointment. Very great experience and very happy with how patient and kind everyone is. Highly recommend! :)

It’s hard to explain when you go to the dentist and you feel like you’re visiting friends. Everyone there is welcoming and helpful, and diligent about doing their job well while providing you a stress-free visit. So glad we were referred to this office years ago!

This office is the best. Clean, well decorated, everything starts on time. The doctor and staff are so friendly and kind. I have always hated going to the dentist and even a bit phobic. Now I find myself not scared and even looking forward to my appointments.

I live 35 minutes away and still make the trip because everyone is kind, patient and knowledgeable in all areas of dentistry. Amanda Donnelly & her staff do remarkable work in caring for their clients. Over the years I have sent friends to her dentistry and all of them are very pleased. Yesterday I had a teeth cleaning with Andy and she did a wonderful job. She is very professional and informative in her work. There aren't many businesses left that when you walk in they all know you on a first name basis.
