Went there last night 5 minutes before closing with a raging lower back pain that felt like sciatica. The staff was very impressive, accommodating and treated me with such professionalism. The check in lady assisted me with registering quickly by sending me a link and also when checking me out suggested a pharmacy that was still open since my normal pharmacy was closed, which enabled me to get my medication last night. The doctor assistant/x-ray tech lady was truly amazing! From recording my symptoms, taking my vitals, and letting me know she would be back to take my x-ray. Taking the x-ray was a breeze due to her careful method. The Nurse practitioner then came in and spoke with me for a while, not rushing even though they were supposed to be closed and gave me insight on my pain and what her treatment would be. Very intelligent lady there, technical confidential and thorough is what comes to mind. Great job AFC Urgent Spring Cypress! You have a fabulous night shift crew there. I will share my experience with my family, my company employees and church parish. Great businesses like this should be known!!!

Overall a really good experience; I've been to plenty of urgent care facilities where the staff was sour top to bottom, but this one superseded my expectations . The person at the desk was very kind. Ashley assisted me during my visit. She gave me so much insight on a few different health issues; even those outside of the cause for my visit. And on top of that, she was genuinely kind and attentive. Thank you all so much for making a trip to the urgent care, pleasant.

I kept putting off going to Urgent Care because it always takes so long. This process was easy. I made the appointment online and went in and was called to the back immediately. The entire process took 20 minutes because I needed x-rays. Dr. Blanca was very informative and quick. The entire staff was nice. I highly recommend this location.

1st visit for myself went well (sinuses) 2nd visit with child went well (URI) 3rd visit this past weekend horrific and scary. After paying and waiting I was brought back with expected dehydration from vomiting. I asked about labs and fluids and was informed the staff wasn’t skilled to start IVs or draw blood. I told them bring me the supplies and I could do it, I was then informed there wasn’t supplies. After being given a shot for nausea in the wrong location I was given info to go to another company for an IV in the Heights. The shot caused drowsiness, not a safe idea. A day later I received a call and was told they would speak with manager and I was informed that not all staff is capable. Please triage for appropriateness based on the skills of the staff that day. The answer is NEVER to risk a patient for money. Poor ethics!!! I won’t return. Needless to say I then called Dispatch health who came to my home and was able to do labs and fluids at my bedside. Now all I have to do is wait and hope there’s no tissue damage from location of shot given which is still swollen and painful 4 days later. Do better AFC! Poor response to concerns. Instead of addressing the issues you denied and deflected. Here’s the attached picture of what your location gave me. You may be able to see your clinic in the background. As I stated I was then seen by Dispatch Urgent Care, had labs done which proved I was dehydrated. I presented with textbook symptoms. My care was neglected and your staff was Not trained that day. Keep in mind I could hear the Doctor and techs communication when he asked if fluids could be given to me. I recommend getting a nurse on staff not just techs.

My experience here was over and beyond great! The staff here makes you feel safe! I do want to give huge Kudos to Rachel! She was extremely polite and very welcoming during my visit here. I would highly recommend this urgent care! Thank you!

Went in on a Saturday morning as a walk-in, no appointment scheduled. Was able to to do the check in online in the waiting room which took about 5 or 10 minutes. Was seen promptly and received treatment promptly. Everyone was super friendly, patient, and prompt, but certainly not rushed. I would definitely go back here again without hesitation. Great experience!

I am so happy they opened this location so close to my house. Rachel was super sweet and helpful. Rachel also made us feel safe and like we were in good hands. We will definitely be coming back in the future! Thank you again!

My daughter was sick over the weekend and we tried AFC urgent care after reading the positive reviews. The front desk staff was very sweet and professional. My daughter was seen by NP Roman and she was very sweet and patient. She was very thorough and didn’t rush. My daughter was prescribes the necessary meds and they were sent in right away. We are very pleased and will be using them again!

Probably one of the best urgent care visits I've ever had. The service was amazing from start to finish. Front desk staff got us checked in fairly quickly considering how busy she was getting. The lady MA was really sweet with my son. The NP Sheree was very accommodating and attentive. She attended to my son while he was on my lap because he was comfortable there. Will definitely come back to this facility.

Great experience. Went to AFC in Cypress for the first time this past weekend and everything was what I'd consider perfect. Check-in and all the paperwork was quick since I was able to do that ahead of time on my phone. My wait time was under five minutes, and everyone who helped me was very nice to interact with. Pricing was also what I'd consider to be very fair especially considering how much a visit to the ER would have been. And who knows how long that wait would have been. If you don't have insurance or need to be seen soon, give AFC a call. Explain to them what you're needing to have addressed and ask how much it will cost either with insurance, or if you do self-pay. I'd definitely recommend them and would gladly go back again in the future.

Got a high school physical for my son. MUCH FASTER than the doctor’s office for only $40. In and out in 20 minutes without making an appointment. Staff and Dr. were quick and very pleasant. Will not even try to go to my Dr. Office next time.

I really really wanted to give this urgent care 5 stars, but I can’t, because of the very incorrect information one of the doctors gave me. Dr. zhang is amazing, that’s who I prefer to see when I go. However, another provider called me with imaging results because Dr. Zhang was out. She was very nice but couldn’t have been more wrong about my results. She read that I had extreme narrowing of the transverse sinus, which is a main vein down the back of your head. This is indicative of sinus stenosis, which can make you susceptible to strokes and blood clots. I knew this, but I went ahead and asked her: “so what does that mean?” Because I thought she might have some more insight and maybe confirm that it is indicative of sinus stenosis as I suspected, and she replies: “that’s your sinus so it just means you get a lot of sinus infections.” If I hadn’t known better, I would have never scheduled a follow up with a neurologist. I would have taken her word for it.

Such a wonderful experience!! I was in a car accident and no general practitioner would see me. Stopped by AFC and the entire staff was fabulous! From Ashley at the front desk, to the X-Ray tech Bryon, to the MA Destiny to Sheree the NP! All were so kind and patient and very thorough! I highly recommend coming here!

Took my son in Wednesday before Thanksgiving. They got us back quickly and the Nurse Practioner, Karen, was AMAZING! So sweet to my son and answered all our questions. They even followed up with a call today to check and see how he is doing. Thank you for taking great care of my son! Front office and medical assistant were very nice. Great experience overall.

The staff and doctor was amazing! The gave the diagnosis that saved my son’s life. They are quick and follows through. I got a call the following days to check up on my son. I truly appreciate such great service! Thank you all! You are amazing!

I really appreciate the consistency of the providers. We've seen the same doctor the last 3 visits. We usually make appointments ahead of time and we are usually seen pretty much on time. I did walk in once and even still, I waited maybe 20 minutes. The medical assistants are always gentle and my daughters are actually fairly calm with them when they have to do swabs and other procedures. They usually never are and fight it. Thanks AFC We will be back!

First time visitor As I entered the facility yesterday morning, I was greeted by two smiling young folks. They were courteous and welcoming towards me. And soon, I was called by Miss Hannah to an exam room for the prelims prior to seeing NP Vanessa Weaver. Both ladies also greeted me warmly, showing care towards me. Vanessa ordered up 4 prescriptions. I’m taking those meds now and I am on my way to recovery. And now, Miss Christina just phoned me to cheerfully check on me. I do like how AFC performs. Good folks. Kristina was very helpful with the check in process and great with her multi tasking skills and noted she was able to attend to others in a timely fashion. Kelly is an excellent MA/Xray tech. Great bedside manners and through. Great with the patient intake so that the provider was brief about my return visit. The provider TX is amazing and had a great experience. Veried concern about recent visit discussed the radiology report correctly and gave his thoughts and treatment plans after exam. Stellar team to be treated by and no signs of pettiness great level of care and compassion that's hard to find at times in the medical field

This is the best place to take anyone if your doctor can't take you in. It's very easy to make an appointment, the staff is wonderful and caring. The facility is very clean and top of everything they have always helped us with our medical issues. Thank you for being such a great place, we need more facilities like yours.

The front desk was polite and professional, nurse practitioner Sheree Johnson was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. She listened to my concerns, took time to explain things to me thoroughly, fixed the issue and prescribed what I needed, & took good care of me. Everyone was super nice and made my family and I feel at ease. I am very satisfied with the services and definitely recommend AFC for urgent cares.

Went on a Monday early afternoon. No appointment but it was not busy, so no waiting. Friendly, courteous staff. Clean place. Seen by a PA. Professional, efficient. $75 copay. Received 2 shots to cure my pain plus 2 scripts. Left already feeling a little better. On my way to recovery.

They were very courteous and knowledgeable. The wait time was not bad at all and they worked with my son very well. The doctor actually called a couple of days later to follow up and see how my sine was doing. :)

I absolutely love the employees at this location. They truly care for their patients. I was there over the weekend and needed stitches. They were very careful not to cause more pain and were not in a rush to push me out the door. They took their time and made sure I was comfortable. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. This is more go to place as it is often easier to get in and out than my doctors office. Amazing staff!

Front desk-Kristina….Provider-Sheree… Back office- Kelly and Crawford Positive overall experience. Low wait time and the nurse accommodated my requests politely. Assessment by provider was detailed and I left with a treatment plan as well as education on what to look for and how to proceed.Quick conservative treatment. Not wasted time. I recommend this place to others.

I’ve never been to an urgent care type facility. The staff was excellent, kind and professional. I was seen within 10 minutes. I was thoroughly examined and they took time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. I was called the day after my visit to see how I was feeling And then again for my test results and to answer any questions. I am totally surprised at such an efficient group. I definitely rate them top notch!

I can not express enough the quick service but attentive and caring I received at this facility. From those in the front intake to the MA and NP in the back. The people who are currently working here seem to be in the right field. I hope they have the opportunity to read this and understand that I appreciate the follow up after my care, as well as me being there. While most people take careers and get lost in the care, I appreciate this team still has the passion. Thank you for your help in aiding back to health.

Me & my wife brought our son to this location and the wait was a little long but it was worth it. My Son is doing better after 2 days! Doctor was nice and we enjoyed talking to Nisha, she was so patient w/ our little guy. Highly recommend:)

This facility is new and the staff is good and attentive. Here is the issue though Beware that after you’re done and if you still have a balance due to AFC and you pay it in full you will get a call from a collections company called Healthquist out of New Jersey. They will tell you the amount that you paid has been refunded and that a check is in the mail and then you need to pay it again do not believe them, they lie. An agent told me this and even offered to give me the check number, which doesn’t prove anything really, and I didn’t believe them. I told them to call back in a week once the check reached me. Then I get a call back 30 minutes later and the agent says that there actually wasn’t a check it was refunded to your original payment method it was it do not believe anything they say they are simply trying to get you to pay more money to that this is not this facilities inherent fault but beware that this may happen to you.

I went in to get a covid test. They were so fast at getting me checked in and into my appointment. My nurse Kelly was so sweet! Definitely some of the nicest people I’ve experienced at an urgent care
