Ok, taking into consideration that there’s absolutely nothing around this place apart from the hotel, the stadium and a McDonald’s, this hotel stands out. probably a 3 stars place if you stay for a night or two if you’re coming to watch a match. Hotel is located in the premises of the Groupama Stadium. I had to stay for a week so I had to rely on the actual service. No fridge in the room No iron or board and launderette service is weak. No room service and restaurant closes pretty early. Deliveroo or Uber eats options are slim. (Pizza Cosy is very good tho) Staff were a bit sarcastic when food was delivered, trying to say they do have food there too. Hummm Restaurant menu is small with no vegan options, mainly comfort food. If you strip the new decor and fancy furniture, what u get is a travelogde or ibis.

Hotel looks new and cozy. BUT: No normal room service. If you expect to see water in your room you are wrong, you have every time go to receiption and ask to give it to you. Reception wasn't working at night when I was leaving hotel so I just put key on the table. Room window lock was broken. No fire alarm in the room so guests are smoking inside. Bar staff was nice.

Great hotel to stay in, if you don't mind not being in the centre. We were en route home and stayed there. The rooms are a good size and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I meant to ask which bed company they use as I would like this bed and mattress in my own home. The bathroom was perfect. One very small complaint was there was no cream/ milk for the coffee or tea. A fridge would have been nice, but was no big deal. I would happily stay here again if passing through. Also, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. Very pleased that I chose this hotel.

What a great hotel. A group of six of us stayed at this hotel for a total of four consecutive nights whilst in the area for a training course. The hotel is principally easy to find with the google maps SatNav and has parking facilities. This is a new hotel. Not even six months old yet (reviewed in March 2019) Checking in was fairly easy as was getting to our rooms. A great bar and lounge area with comfortable seating friendly table serving staff. The restaurant was also great with a selection of tasty, well present food on the menu! The rooms are a good size and well equipped. Clean and tidy. Great bathroom space with a good sized shower (with good water pressure!). All in all we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would happily stay there again. I can easily recommend this establishment. 👍🏻

Good hotel. The restaurant has a great hamburger and ravioli! Rooms are a bit small, specially the one for four people. The check in took it very long, but it was Ed Sheeran concert so may have been the reason. It was clean and quiet.

Nice and comfortable room. Good position for a roadtrip stop. The neighborhood is deserted at present due to covid so I was able to get a good price. On the other hand there is no soundproofing between rooms, which can be extremely unnerving during the night.

Rooms are very simply designed. It is clean, you have extra pillows available and restaurant is very very good. However, there is no cupboard or wardrobe to unpack your stuff in the room. The chair is made from metal and it is really cold when you sit on it for longer time. Only access to parking is through a wrong way sign. And there is nothing around except football stadium.

Friendly staff at the reception, safe parking place. Kids friendly, simple good breakfast, Cappuccino was nice. Room for 2 adults and 2 kids are really good for the price. Cheap offer when there is no football match.

BECARFULL this hotel stole my security deposit of 150 Euro , I have book a room in the Kopster hotel for one night , and at my check in the I was in waiting for the receptionist to assist me but she ignore me and she took another client and then I told her that I’m the next one , she disrespected me and she said I don’t c you and she want to cancel my booking ,so this treatment is not acceptable and it was to late 9 pm for me to check another hotel and I was with my kids so very hard to find another hotel and move with kids , The name of the receptionist JUSTIN I have never been disrespected in my life Most of people in reception wasn’t helpful I don’t recommend this hotel at all

This hotel not equal to price. And this isn’t 4 star hotel

You'll get charged £75 instead of £10 for parking if you're staying on a match day, on top of eye watering room cost. Charge for public parking by all means, don't rip off guests. Room was OK, but very little storage for clothes, no aircon, watered down shower gel, bins don't get emptied.

Was slapped with a £1300 bill for damage to my room which was hidden by a painting on the wall during my stay. 1 week after leaving they emailed pictures of the damage which had the screws for the painting in the wall still. Have had to pay this as they will not provide any more evidence to me as they know I can prove it wasn't me. I won't take this massive company to court as i do not have the time or money. The stay itself was far from a normal 4 star hotel as well.

All and all a wonderfully updated hotel! The only issue is that it is not walkable to anything, unless you’re here for a sporting event in the stadium next door.

We booked this hotel for a family trip. There were complications with our travel and the hotel reservations agent (we did not book through a third party) refused to credit our stay or allow us to move our reservation to another date. I understand some reservations are non refundable but to completely refuse to help a client who has already paid for a room and is eager to visit Lyon at a different date is unacceptable and distasteful for a 4 star establishment. I would never book here again nor would I recommend anyone else to do so.

Always coming to this hotel during my work trips to Lyon! Close from the airport, good place too do meeting and very good smell! I personally enjoyed as well the gym. Congrats!
