Nice hotel friendly and helpful staff what more could you want . Plenty of parking

The buffet in this hotel very tasty , specially the salade is super duper , so many variety and always changing everyday their menu . The server always smilling and nice . I almost ate here ...with my husband . I recomended and they always full.

Wäre gut wenn nicht nur die Namen der Gerichte sondern auch die Bedienung der elektronischen Speisekarte ins englische übersetzt wâre. Preisniveau ist recht hoch. Sonst alles sehr angenehm.

Great stay at this hotel. 15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes to downtown. The food was excellent, especially the cold buffet for dinner. The room was very nice and spacious. The cleaning service was excellent. I felt very safe in this hotel.

We are returning customers and this time we stayed 3 nights (2 adults, 2 children) in the family room on the 3rd floor. The L shape room was great with the sofa bed on 1 side and the king bed on the other side. Overall poor cleanliness was the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars; also restaurant was closed for dining for 2 days (due to holidays) but this was not advertised when booking. I would have picked another hotel otherwise. Hotel is quiet, pool is large and breakfast at the restaurant was great.

Located in an industrial area but easily reachable. Comfortable rooms, friendly and efficient staff. A lot of parking near.

Nice hotel overall, clean and big rooms. I give however 2 stars because of the unprofessional staff at the reception. Her name is Clarisse and she should really change her job. Not professional, doesn’t even say hello or goodbye, throws the cards and even puffs if you ask her anything. Terrible, how can you still keep her there as an first image of the hotel. Ridiculous!

Comfortable hotel to stay if you are on business trip. Walking distance to my office (< 2 min). The staff are polite and the breakfast are good. Probably have to call an Uber/ taxi if you planned to go into city centre as the hotel is located in industrial area with minimal shops around

Love this place. They have amazing service including an incredible buffet to die for. The room are cozy and quiet and the beds are very comfortable. The spa is just the cherry on top to have a great relaxing time. Highly recommend

Stayed for work, was over 200 euros a night (2 nights). Not good for the price, shower was weak probably because it was leaking from the hose. Balcony doors obviously hadn't been cleaned, sticky hand marks on the glass. The stone slab you step on as you go on to the balcony was loose. Fridge was small and the top at the rear looked dirty. Brown stain on the carpet. Coffee cream wasn't replaced buy room service. Minor things but not good enough considering the cost. Breakfast was nice and staff were polite and helpful.

The hotel Spa is located in an industrial area which was a bit strange, although it is apparently close to the airport. The staff were not accommodating when we wanted to check in 30 mins early. The card operated power switch in our room was faulty and took some tweaking so we didn't have to manually apply pressure to it to have the lights on. We mentioned this to the staff and they weren't concerned. We had intended on dining in the restaurant but it was not open the night of our stay which was rather disappointing considering the lack of other options due to the hotels location. Breakfast was included with our booking and was available from 6am which was great - accept the cooked options (bacon, eggs and mushrooms etc) were like they had been reheated from the previous day - the scrambled eggs had a dry skin on it - the bacon was burnt and the mushrooms and tomatoes were dry and stuck to the tray. We went for breakfast at 6.30am. I have to say overall we were very disappointed with our stay.

Great hotel not far from Lyon and the airport by car. The staff is very friendly, and you can do few activities with the pool and spa. There is also a babyfoot and snooker in the lobby. We will come back!

Overall, good hotel. Great breakfast (one of the best I've ever had), friendly staff, nice pool and spa. However, the rooms are quite small and cleanliness should definitely be improved. Not good enough for a 4-star hotel.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel and in general i would recommend this hotel. Spa is very good, breakfast is big and there is much variety. People of the hotel were always warm and nice. Bad points are that the dishes at breakfast were not always clean, bedsheets are just turned if they're dirty not changed, and the floor of our room was dirty too. So our happiness with this place was a bit stopped by those points.

Out-of-the-way, almost strange place. Elegant "Industrial French" minimalist design. Excellent restaurant. Warm friendly staff, sometimes "lacking zee English" but eager to serve.

Large, clean, modern hotel. Nice swimming pool. Conveniently close to airport. Friendly staff. Evening dinner in the hotel was an experience with a humour full waitress. Extra compliment to the kitchen / night manager. He went out of his way in the morning at 500 am to create some breakfast. Thank you. His attention overcompensated the bored, unfriendly reception lady (apprentice?) the night before at checkout.

Spacious and comfortable room but poorly equipped. There was not even a pen to fill the breakfast form. Staff was very unfriendly and rude. I will not come back to this hotel.

Room was reallly nice, clean and luxury furnished. Breakfast was great. Lunch was wonderful with cold and warm buffets. Pleasant experience!
