The
room
was
clean
and
beds
comfortable,
but
the
setup
of
the
sink
outside
the
toilet/shower
is
not
convenient
(if
there
were
another
door,
it
would
have
been
good).
The
shuttle
service
is
not
always
running
and
you
need
to
call
reception,
who
then
tell
you
to
wait
near
the
information
desk.
The
phone
lines
there
have
a
lot
of
clicking
(we
experienced
this
even
from
the
room
to
reception),
and
it
was
hard
to
understand
that
a
taxi
driver
would
meet
us
at
the
information
desk.
When
we
checked
in,
there
was
a
woman
checking
out,
and
they
didn’t
have
record
of
her
request
for
the
shuttle,
and
they
got
the
same
taxi
driver
back
for
her.
I
hope
this
helps
people
know
how
to
deal
with
the
shuttle
situation.
Don’t
bother
going
to
the
hotel
shuttle
bus
stop
only
to
find
out
you
need
to
call
them
and
then
go
to
the
information
desk.
Just
call
them
when
you
land
and
find
out
if
there
will
be
a
regular
shuttle
or
a
taxi
pick
up.
We
landed
in
the
morning
after
an
overnight
flight
from
New
York,
but
there
was
no
possibility
of
an
early
check
in.
The
restaurant/bar
does
not
open
until
noon.
(I
really
just
wanted
a
cup
of
tea,
which
I
managed
to
get
from
the
breakfast
room,
but
those
snack
machines
are
not
a
replacement
for
some
kind
of
food
service.)
An
airport
hotel
should
have
more
flexibility.
