Its one of compact yet huge space in Daegu city which doesn't have a sea but this aquarium offers a chance for the people here to experience the same feeling. Nice place to spend time with enjoying marvels of creation.

Took my kids ages 1-7 years and they loved it. We could have stayed there all day. Lots to see, areas where they can do some hands on things, you can buy animal food to feed rabbits, parakeets, turtles, koi fish, etc., The Mermaid show in they main tank, etc. And it's air conditioned/indoors so a great activity for the hot summer months. English friendly with most signs written in Korean and English. We will be going back.

Our sole reason for going to this aquarium on our trip to Daegu was for the mermaid… they don’t perform on Mondays! And we were there on a Monday… of course. That was very disappointing. Without the special mermaid performance, it’s an average aquarium at best. Situated inside a Shinsegae shopping mall, nice parking lot and lots of foods to choose from, but the aquarium is average. Don’t go on a Monday. Perhaps I just missed it while booking a ticket, maybe lost in translation, but we will very disappointed. And it’s not worth buying another ticket for our family to just see the mermaids. Left with two sad girls 😢
