would
like
to
write
to
you
to
share
my
recent
experience
at
Fann
hospital,
where
I
took
my
diabetic
father
who
had
a
wound
on
his
right
foot.
Unfortunately,
I
am
deeply
disappointed
by
the
lack
of
information
and
welcome
we
encountered.
The
stress
over
my
father's
health
was
exacerbated
by
the
lack
of
clear
directions
in
the
hospital
directing
us
to
the
appropriate
department.
Staff
members,
whether
doctors,
nurses,
or
security
guards,
seemed
unwelcoming,
failing
to
provide
the
necessary
support
in
already
difficult
times.
I
believe
it
is
crucial
to
improve
internal
communication
and
ensure
a
warm
welcome
to
patients
and
their
loved
ones.
The
deficiencies
I
observed
do
not
meet
the
standards
one
would
expect
in
a
healthcare
facility.
Please
take
this
constructive
feedback
into
consideration
with
a
view
to
improving
the
quality
of
services
provided
by
Fann
hospital.
Efforts
towards
better
patient
orientation
and
more
positive
interaction
with
staff
would
greatly
contribute
to
the
overall
improvement
of
the
user
experience.
