I
sprained
my
ankle
and
was
rushed
to
the
clinic
in
Cape
Town.
before
my
arrival
a
phone
call
was
made
to
check
if
my
insurance
card
was
covered
by
this
clinic.
then
explain
to
them
that
I
had
fallen
and
that
my
ankle
was
very
swollen.
the
receptionist
confirms
that
yes
and
the
general
practitioner
will
see
me
first
and
if
necessary
the
orthopedist
will
be
called
and
an
x-ray
will
be
done
if
necessary.
To
my
great
surprise
when
we
arrived
at
the
Cape
Town
Clinic
in
the
emergency
room
the
doctor
was
called
and
treated
me
well,
the
nurses
on
site
played
their
role
very
well.
But
the
woman
at
the
admission
of
this
clinic,
a
North
African
who
speaks
very
poorly,
confiscated
my
health
card
saying
that
I
had
to
bring
them
support
from
my
insurance
company
and
returned
home
without
even
asking
me.
'warn.
We
had
to
go
and
ask
where
she
lives
to
ask
for
my
insurance
card
because
she
asked
that
I
not
do
an
x-ray
and
to
ask
that
I
be
given
an
IV
for
pain
and
a
brace.
with
an
elastro
just
to
cash
in
on
me.
We
brought
her
back
to
the
clinic
from
her
home
which
is
1
minute
from
the
clinic.
She
yells
at
me,
telling
me
that
she
turned
off
her
machine
and
already
closed
her
office
and
that
she
was
not
going
to
give
me
my
card
which
she
confiscated.
AND
I
was
still
on
a
drip.
She
gives
me
1
copy
of
my
insurance
card
and
tells
me
you
can
get
her
medication
with
it.
After
many
attempts
to
explain
to
him
to
what
extent
I
was
in
an
emergency
and
that
I
had
to
go
for
an
x-ray
in
another
clinic
because
I
was
in
pain
and
I
could
only
move
on
a
wheelchair
and
that
my
trip
the
next
day
would
be
very
difficult,
especially
since
I
lived
on
the
3rd
floor.
She
says
denial!!!
This
kind
of
behavior
is
truly
deplorable.
Because
a
sick
person
must
be
treated
very
well.
The
emergency
team
were
great,
namely
Mr
Ndiaye,
Ms
Diallo
and
Dr.
but
the
lady
in
administration
(the
Maghreb
woman
who
manages
the
paperwork)
no
longer
makes
me
want
to
go
to
the
Cape
Town
clinic.
By
the
way
he
spoke
while
shouting
at
me,
by
his
excessive
nervousness
and
by
his
way
of
doing
things
which
was
to
seize
my
insurance
card
by
force
and
just
give
me
a
copy
while
knowing
that
I
had
I
needed
to
do
an
emergency
X-ray
so
that
we
could
find
out
if
there
was
a
fracture
or
not
in
order
to
treat
me.
I
left
this
clinic
in
a
wheelchair
and
was
rushed
to
the
Madeleine
clinic
where
I
was
very
well
received
and
very
well
treated.
the
x-ray
of
my
foot
was
done
there
very
quickly
and
I
was
given
queenly
treatment.
I
thank
the
entire
team
at
the
Madeleine
clinic
for
their
professionalism.
