I’ve heard some mixed feelings from locals when it came to this place so I decided to go try it myself since I’ve been to other PF Changs in the USA. I loved it! First of everyone needs to try those amazing lettuce wraps they are amazingly delicious and so are the crab wontons. Keep in mind the food portions are big so you can definitely share dishes! I went with my parents and sister and we shared 2 appetizers and 2 main dishes which were the Mongolian beef and the kung pao chicken which is “spicy” and I didn’t think it was spicy, only of course if you eat the red peppers. We were all full after this and the prices are very reasonable knowing you can share! I recommend everyone to definitely try it out

Nice birthday experience, attentive service, great ambience. Open kitchen, simple but tasteful food. I have to mention that the food tastes almost the same as in the states, thumbs up for this. Not easy to accomplish. Decor is attractive and chairs are very comfortable. Ask for Johanna, great waitress. Worthy, a next visit for sure.

The food was delicious! Service was good! The only thing preventing me from frequenting this establishment more often is the lack of local discount. With so many other restaurants on the island offering a special price to locals it just doesn't make sense to go to this one.

Best meal in Aruba! Everything was freshly prepared! We absolutely have never had PF Changs that tasted so good! Kudos to the kitchen crew and management! Service- she forgot about us. We had to flag her down but, food was omg! (we had lettuce wraps, but, we scarfed them down before I can take a picture) delicious! Plus! The $12 Kida meal was great! My son loved the skewer and all the fruit!

Waited for 2-3 minutes for anyone seat us. Employees just watching and staring at us at the front. Still no one came to seat us. We spoke to no one. Even had a reservation. Bad customer service. We eventually had enough of the disrespect and went to Olive Garden in the same building. Great experience there. We were friendly greeted and the manager even came by the table to chat a while. Stay away from PF Chang’s.

We ordered 4 dishes for my family and the dishes came at different times. My wife's food came out first, then mine about 10 minutes later. My 2 daughters had to sit and wait 45 minutes for their food. We went around 7:30pm for dinner and it didn't even seem that busy. I called the manager and let him know how we had to wait so long, but he didnt even apoligize and blamed that my daughter ordered a complicated dish. Our waiter never apologized for the wait either.

The food is very good. We have tried different courses and food that we are not familiar with. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is beautiful.

Very good restaurant. Out of the common tourist routes, but well worth the visit. Prices are acceptable, meals are tasty, staff is great. Good place to lunch or dine. I can recommend shrimps. Children meals are fine, too.

usually great service. manager was funny and attentive but our server never ran any of our food and took a while to notice we’ve already finished our food. the food tho. let me tell you. i know chinese food. but this place. very nice. we got the duck and beef and broccoli most times we go here but this time we tried a side of noodles and we’d mix it in with the entres. it’s a great place for dinner if you want to be away from the tourist hub and still feel like your eating good.

I love PFC’s food but service in this specific restaurant can improve. Portions are large and can be shared. Kids menu has good options. It’s inside a complex with some entertainment activities.

I had mixed feelings about going to pf Chang's but I was very pleasantly surprised. Everything tasted great. It is worth repeating and I recommend it highly!

We ordered PF Changs catering for my mother's birthday on the beach today. We also made use of the service of waiters and china.... the best decision ever! The food (snacks) were delicious and the service was excellent! They came, set up, served, even helped with the cake, cleaned up and left.... we didn't have to do anything in regards of the food and everything that comes with that. I would highly recommend PF Changs for your party or get together.... it gives it just the extra touch without the hassle! Thank you!

Waited after seated for waitress for a while. Finally out in our order just 2 drinks and waited to even get our drinks. He never came over to ask if we wanted water. Our order 15 minutes to come another 15 minutes for the other part of the dinner never came over to ask us if we wanted another drink Navasota check on us. We were starving and waiting for our food and drinks forever I would not recommend this place.

SO EXPENSIVE! 1 Fried Rice order was $25. And one sesame chicken order $25 then they charge a 1050 delivery fee on top of it. Plus tip! Over sixty dollars for two simple dishes that in America they charge $8 each for. They didn’t even fill the dishes all the way it was like 3/4 full.

I celebrated my bday with my friends and had the most amazing experience. We got the best service from Mr. Luis! The food was outstanding and my compliments for the dynamite shrimp!!! Thank you for a wonderful time to all! Ps. Loved the birthday card!

I highly recommend PF Chang to any person I know, not only for its delicious food, but especially the wonderful service we received from our server, Jarelis Hoffmann, the food came in very fast and our drinks were roling in, the management of PF Chang should be very proud to have employees like her in your company. I will soon return with the rest of my family to enjoy your food and service.

Can't say enough but all good things about this place. The service was A1, the food was good...taste way way better than the p.f Chang in 🇺🇸 hands down. The place is so welcoming, great atmosphere and great people..also, they have a reasonable price in here for the food. Its not expensive at all

My partner and I had dinner here before seeing a film Saturday evening. We arrived without reservations and were seated within 2-3mins. We chose to sit in their outdoor section which had a great atmosphere with plenty of space for social distancing. Along with Plum Wine, we enjoyed vegetable Spring Rolls and a California Roll for starters. The sushi tasted great and was fresh - although the guy that poured the soy sauce was a bit stingy lol. I wish he had left the soy sauce on the table to pour myself. The Spring Rolls were also great and I really enjoyed whatever the crispy fried stuff it sits on. For mains we shared vegetable fried rice and noodles. I wish the fried rice had had just a few more vegetables, but it tasted good so no worries. The noodles, however, were amazing and I really enjoyed them! Truthfully wish I had ordered more lol! Service was okay, we definitely were seated quickly by the nice people at the front. However, our starters were brought out without any silverware or chopsticks. I had to go hunt down someone to bring out plates and silverware. Not a huge deal, but for the price you'd expect to have silverware when your food arrives. Overall we had a great date night at P.F. Chang's and I would consider coming back if I was craving a fancy Chinese in Aruba. Oh, and definitely get those noodles, SO GOOD!

This restaurant is THE BEST if you have any allergies! I got a separate menu from the manager for my milk allergie, with even additional meals made especially without milk. And the vegetable wraps were DELICIOUS!! Definitely going again, and for people with allergies: just let them know when you order and you don’t have to worry about picking something!

Slightly disappointing. Service was extremely slow, and with a restaurant half full, it took us over 2.5 hours to get out of the restaurant. The food was good but was initially served to another table. Would go to another local Chinese restaurant before returning.

This is one of the few restaurant's that opens late. As always, their food was amazing and the customer service was pleasant. This is the cleanest and luxurious p.f chang I've visited. Outdoor seating available, at night, they have lights all over and it's beautiful. I highly recommend!

We made a reservation for two, in the patio outdoor area, only had to wait a couple of minutes outside. Antibacterial gel is available at entrance (not sure if provided by restaurant or by the mall). It wasn’t crowded at all which is great (and adequate in this times). QR menu available for food with a very long list of options, but drinks menu was available on paper, prices available in Arubian florin (AWG) and Dollars (USD) Waiter was friendly, quick eager to help and recommend. We ordered some coconut mojitos which were good, enjoyable. To eat we had fried rice combo and Chang’s spicy chicken neither of which impressed me to be honest, really expected more at least from the rice. But food was fine. Nice decoration with a beautiful I belief hand painted mural, clean bathroom. Overall we had a good time, will I be back? Sure I wanna try the ramen. Do I recommend it? Yes I Do.

Today is my treat. It was worth it, it was good food. Pad thai noodles was awesome. Highly recommended.

Can't tell you about the food since it seems that they went to get mr Cheng himself to make the food 🤷‍♀️. Took too long so I left. Will think if I would consider the place in a couple of months... anyways enjoying Aruba Wendy's now while writing this review to try to fill in the emptiness P.F. Chang couldn't fill. (p.s. think probably they forgot about my order but weren't transparent about this, didn't help that I was super hungry either.)

I went to aruba for holidays after almost 2 years and I saw this place that a lot of my good friends recommended me it was me and 2 of my girlfriends and I called to make a reservation for 7pm we were staying in savaneta and it was a hell of traffic and anyways I called again to let them know that we were going to get there a bit late and the lady on the phone said it was no problem so we got there at 7:14pm and they almost closed the door in our faces so after begging to the hostess she finally agreed to give us a table only with the condition that we had only 30 minutes to order and eat (we agreed cause we were hungry and coming from far) so we sat we ordered appetizers drinks and main courses right away they took forever to bring the food we ordered water and we needed to ask for it 4 times and when they bring us the main courses after 10 minutes the waitress came with the check and alumin containers and papers bags for us to pack our own food pay and leave we couldn't even order dessert we were the only one table on this situation I felt so humiliated and offended by this place and their people that I will never ever will be going there or recommend this place to anyone I wish this situation that me and my girlfriends received doesn't happen to anyone else

Both our entrées didn't have any taste at all. Even the rice on the side was tasteless. I did not bother to ask for a rebate, just paid and left. Not coming back again.
