I came to At One Studio to attend a WIM HOF Fundamentals seminar, and the venue was absolutely amazing. So spacious, so clean, so inviting… Marcus and Saskia were the best hosts, and if I didn’t live so far away, I would definitely come here regularly for classes. They seem to have built quite the community of like minded individuals. I will definitely come and visit again in the near future.

I've recently joined this studio and had such an amazing experience . As a person who is new to Yoga, there were a lot of things i didn't know about. I had my first class on Sunday and EVERYONE I met at the studio was so friendly, especially Marcus, Saskia and Simon made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I can't wait to go back to this studio again and learn more about Yoga!

At One is hands-down one of the loveliest studios I've been to - I moved to the area recently and have been searching for the right place for me for a while. It is At One's wonderful studio set-up, peaceful atmosphere, friendly community, the presence of the beautiful tree (you'll have to visit to see for yourself!), and each teacher's ability to create that much-needed sense of sacred space in their classes, that made me commit to a membership. I highly recommend the Hatha and Yin (my favourite!) and their special "Nervous System Reset" event which runs every month or so, complete with sound healing (book early). They even have a supper club! A colleague recommended them to me and I am extremely grateful that she did! Thank-you Saskia and Marcus - you have created something truly special here and I am so glad to have joined the At One community 🤗

I had the intro offer 2 week studio pass. It was a great way to try all the classes. Marcus and Saskia were so welcoming and friendly. I also loved the space - it was so calming and peaceful. If I wasn’t moving to the other side of the city I would have definitely joined the studio. I’ll definitely come back on a casual basis when I’m in the area!

I highly recommend giving At One Studio a go! I’ve felt welcomed since my very first class here about two months ago. The classes are at an enjoyable and challenging level even for someone who has been doing yoga and pilates for many years. However, even if you are a beginner, there are plenty of easier classes and modifications available to you. The teachers have been really supportive of me as I’ve been working on my own pilates teacher training. All the students and teachers here are really lovely and friendly, I always enjoy having a chat and a laugh after and between classes!

Such a special studio, nestled in the heart of Essendon. Saskia and Marcus have created a very welcoming and safe space, for all bodies to enjoy yoga as a practice. Probably the most fun I’ve ever had exercising, if that’s possible! Would recommend to those looking for a challenging yet fun way to develop strength and get the heart rate moving.

The At One Studio team have been so welcoming. Everyone is lovely and genuinely there for you. There are a variety of classes available, not just different styles of yoga, but mat Pilates too. Combining the two was exactly what I was after under the one membership. The Studio itself is warm, quiet, clean, and intimate. I feel at ease every time I walk in. Parking is never a problem at the railway car park at the times classes are scheduled. I am so glad I found At One Studio.

I absolutely loved at one Studio! As soon as I walked inside my first thought was “Yep this is my place” I loved the inviting smell of Incense as I walked to the front reception. It is such a welcoming and warm environment. At one Studio offers all the things I love like Meditation, breathwork, healing and much more. It was so lovely to discover At one Studio, the ambient is amazing, so serene, calm, very inviting energy, you feel you don’t want to leave and the classes are just so perfect! At One studio offer a variety of classes, which I was drawn to immediately, as many studios only offer hot or power yoga and do not teach a slow flow or yin based practice, which I believe does not allow you to experience yoga completely. The staff are really friendly and always take time to engage with you and have a conversation. The vibe is very community focused and you feel like you are part of a small family and not just another member. There is a lovely space to sit and have a cup of tea if you wish to connect before and after your practice. The studio also offers seperate work shops to help develop and enhance your practice and social events regularly. Highly recommend, beautiful energy to be around.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring At One Studio for a private event, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the studio, I was greeted with the most welcoming hospitality by Saskia. The studio's serene atmosphere created the perfect environment for our yoga / cupping event.
