This hotel is perfect! Staff, rooms, and housekeeping were so amazing! It’s literally a gem! It’s quiet, relaxing, safe, and the room was very spacious. Definitely would recommend and will be staying here anytime I’m in Dallas again!

Very luxurious and clean. Everything you need is in the room. I loved it very much. It has a walkway, garden, and playgrounds.

Absolutely adored this hotel. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. Magnificent air conditioning for those hot Dallas nights, staff was so nice, can't say enough good things about this place. Wonderful, quiet rooms. Will be back any time I come to Dallas.

This place is awesome. My family and I took a short weekend vacation and it was great. We love the rooms , spacious and executive. The only complain from my In-laws was the ac noise in their room . I really love the environment,the jogger route ,the water fall ,the pool and the tennis court.

The Cooper is beautiful. It has a sprawling property with trails, tennis courts, huge workout area, lap pool, and nice restaurant on the property. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very nice. A quiet moonlit walk around the pond followed up with a fantastic rest was just what I needed. I will definitely be coming back to visit.

I had a wonderful stay at the Cooper Hotel in North Dallas. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and attentive staff. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a serene atmosphere that makes you feel instantly relaxed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. I particularly loved the comfortable bed, which ensured a great night's sleep. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious and diverse menu, and the food exceeded my expectations. The hotel's fitness facilities and outdoor pool were also top-notch, providing a great way to unwind and stay active during my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and businesses. Overall, my experience at the Cooper Hotel was exceptional. 12/18/22 Got in around 5ish Greet attendant up front. Don't use the elevator--use the stairs. It will be a lot quicker to get to your room on the 2nd floor. Lol We wondered why the attendant mentioned using the stairs...and we found out after walking a mile to get to the elevator. 😉😂 The rooms are INCREDIBLE!!!!! WE WERE SHOCKED THAT THERE WERE NOT TOO MANY FOLKS HERE. Thank you, Dr. Cooper and Staff! This has been the most comfortable stay, EVER!!!!!

This place is consistently nice. I have been teaching a course there for an unaffiliated group on and off for a decade. My experience has always been top notch. This place seems unique, but so professional.

Balance is present, persistent and accounted for at The Cooper Hotel. The room was opulent, but not stuffy or busy. Staff members are presentable, polite and professional, no hint of pretentiousness. The grounds, walking paths and ponds are gated, without the claustrophobic feel that can accompany fences. Security is present, but not oppressive. I stayed the evening of Sunday August the 21st 2022. This was the night of the heavy rainfall and flooding that hit Dallas in a substantial way. The grounds of The Cooper Hotel have a proper system for handling events of this nature. Water just collected in the river and flowed away. At no time were the guests of The Cooper Hotel in harm’s way. I heard that some parts of Dallas received upwards of 15 inches of rain in one event that evening. I can confidently state that my stay, dropped my blood pressure. The Cooper Hotel is a very special place.

This is truly a hidden gem in Dallas hotels. The rooms are spacious (very traditional in design), great service, and friendly staff. You get free parking, wifi, water bottles, and use of its fitness center and classes while you're there. We also got a discount at the Spa. I will visit again any time I need a Dallas staycation!

Rooms were ok. First room ac was damaged & wouldn’t turn off, temp got down to 60! They changed my room but second room wasn’t cleaned well and smelled stuffy. I would only stay there again for the spa, which was amazing (10/10).

The rooms were very clean with tasteful decor. I slept great.

We had a wonderful experience at The Cooper during Spring Break weekend. Our room was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was also so quiet and peaceful here. And everyone we encountered at the front desk or over the phone had excellent customer service. I recommend staying here of you are really in need of a peaceful getaway.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed at in Dallas! Great rooms, amazing beds & great service! Will recommend to all my friends and to anyone that is looking for a great quality place to stay.

Room was very comfortable. I would have liked brighter light bulbs in the lamps especially at the desk. The French doors out to a small balcony were a nice touch, allowing some fresh air & light in. Access to a very lovely lap pool & the Cooper fitness center were greatly appreciated & used.
