I had my son's circumcision operation done at 1 weeks. The Dr was extremely professional and did such an immaculate job. You can tell he's done this so many times. The doctor told us how to mange the healing (which was super quick) and the follow up inspections went smoothly as well. Highly recommend. Fee is also really reasonable with some of it refunded by medicare once your baby gets it.

The procedure was fine but the follow up was not. We had problems post circumcision procedure but when we asked doctor the next day he was not in Melbourne and asked to wait for 3 days when he would return we could come to the clinic. It didn't occur to us until two days later when things were getting bad to go to some other GP. We went to another GP finally and thankfully our problem was solved. Procedure is ok but after care is not. Also, a practise where someone is available post procedure is better.

I had my son operation done a couple weeks ago Doc Saddik was great he actually took an interest in my son and interacted with him. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood what was going to happen. After his procedure the staff were helpful with all concerns I had with his recovery. Including ringing the next day to see if my sons symptoms were settling down.

Dr Saddik was fantastic, he was caring, professional, knowledgeable and very understanding for our son. Highly recommended and an absolute pleasure to deal directly with Dr Saddik.

Because it was for our first child we were very worried how the process would take place in the aftermath of the procedure. Dr Saddik was pleasant and professional in our first consultation which made us make an easy decision to trust he will do the best job for our son. We had a good experience with Dr Saddik's care. The procedures was done nicely and neat. Thank you for the after care process, because I'm worried I sent him a pictures of my son's situation and he replied my messages during after hours to reassured me thats everything was normal. Natalie the receptionist is very friendly and attentive to our son as well. Very recommend for circumcision procedures!! Thank you.

Couldn’t recommend Dr Saddik and the clinic enough, being a first time parent we were very anxious about the procedure and Dr Saddik made us feel very comfortable every step of the way. My 3 month old had no issues with the procedure and the healing, if we needed to contact Dr Saddik after hours he would kindly take his time and respond. WARNING: Dr Saddik seems very warm and charming at first but is not afraid to take your deposit without refunding even though I chose not to go ahead with the Procedure. I gave 48+ hours notice and never on the day of consumption, did he verbally mention that the deposit wasn’t refundable. I don’t care about the $250 that I’ve lost, it’s the principle. Be careful when leaving a deposit because if you change your mind, you won’t receive it back. I will not recommend you or your business to any of my friends and family. Absolutely appalling attitude and a terrible experience. He also called me up and starts arguing with me after I asked why the deposit isn’t refundable, I’ve never had a Doctor argue with me before about a certain policy they have. Disgusting behaviour. Both Dr. Ashraf Saddik and Natalie the receptionist were wonderful. The clinic is very clean & hygienic, with a warm, family feel. Our son Roman enjoyed his experience at the clinic very much.

Very happy with the results. Our baby did not cry and we were reassured throughout the process. Dr and staff are all very friendly, professional and kind. They genuinely care about the family and made us all feel welcome and at home during all visits. We will keep seeing the doctor as our GP - he doesn’t rush and shows genuine interest in patients well being.

Excellent Dr and the staff members/nurses are very knowledgeable and caring, treat you with respect. Dr saddik fixed my son’s circumcision that was done when he was younger, good location and good atmosphere, I highly recommend this place

All I can say is that it was a beautiful experience for my family, from the way the lady at the front desk was helpful down to the circumcision done by Dr Saddick. My baby did not cry one bit and the circumcision healed perfectly with no complications. Thanks Doc!
