Staff
have
always
been
lovely
in
person
and
the
treatments
are
professional
and
on
time.
But
I
will
never
understand
why
they
continually
sell
packages
to
people
when
they
can’t
provide
appointments?
I
waited
patiently
many
times
after
all
the
lockdowns
and
for
things
to
calm
down
and
was
finally
able
to
get
through
a
course
of
laser
hair
removal.
Although
a
few
patches
have
been
missed
often.
I
understand
staffing
shortages
and
getting
back
on
track
after
being
closed.
But
as
I
was
aware
of
this
issue,
I
made
sure
before
pre
purchasing
a
round
of
sessions
for
face,
Brazilian,
full
leg
and
underarm
again
that
there
would
be
availability
to
book
in,
I
was
assured
things
were
better
now
with
more
staff
hired.
So
I
tapped
my
card
and
paid
over
$1000
again
to
a
business,
that
can’t
provide
a
service
paid
for!
I
rang
to
make
an
appointment
and
I
can
only
have
my
face
done
in
3
weeks!
Not
even
all
areas.
Just
a
quick
10
min
appointment
is
all
there
was.
So
I
said
it
wasn’t
good
enough
and
I’ll
have
to
go
to
another
place
and
the
response
I
get
is
“well
we
are
busy,
you
need
to
book
in
advance”
yes
I
understand
that,
but
you
can’t
sell
people
a
service
they
can’t
use
and
have
to
wait
months
for
an
appointment.
I
was
told
at
my
last
appointment
it
was
fine
to
book
closer,
that
I
didn’t
need
to
book
then
as
I
am
now
sporadic
and
not
on
a
course
of
laser
hair
removal
every
6
weeks
anymore.
So
I
think
it’s
fair
to
be
disappointed
when
trying
tobook.
I
don’t
think
Destiny’s
phone
manner
was
very
professional
and
I
didn’t
need
her
tone
telling
me
“well
it’s
because
you
aren’t
available”
when
I
am
available
any
evening
after
5:30
or
any
Monday
all
day,
I’d
hardly
say
that
is
no
availability!
Apparently
you
need
to
book
months
in
advance
to
be
able
to
get
your
legs
done
being
a
longer
appointment.
So
why
take
pre
payment
and
say
it
will
be
fine?!
Deception!
So
now
I’ve
paid
and
I
have
to
go
and
book
and
pay
again
at
another
laser
therapy
place
closer
to
home.
What
a
waste
of
money,
so
frustrating
:(
I
think
I
should
be
provided
with
a
refund!
