I've come here for years. I had my treatments done by Olivia, she was always very professional and never missed anything. unfortunately she no longer works there. However I've also recently had my treatments done by Daniella who I'd also recommend. I'd always prefer using the same beautician.

I had my appointment with Maria and she was AMAZING! Explained everything, very patient and made me feel comfortable.I’ll highly recommend Maria to my friends and family. And staff also very nice always welcoming.

Never got anything done only consultation left feeling worse than I came in suggested treatments were thrown at me in a rude way which isn't right. Educate client before saying what you think they need ask the question have they heard of this ect.... this was years ago and still put off.

I was treated by a lovely nurse called Leila she was very professional and took her time out to let me know what would be the best botox treatment for me. My treatment area was my forehead. She was really honest and talked me through everything and answered any questions i had. She made me feel at ease esp since i am not great with needles. I am really happy with me results and within a week i feel my forehead has been ironed out and looks the best it has ever. Would definitely see the lovely nurse Leila again.

I have tried other laser hair removal businesses for top up sessions, as needed and the results just aren't the same. THE BEST EVER ! Every single lady that I have come across to working here are just lovely and extremely friendly. I've seen such amazing results and cannot wait to go back after lockdown. The low level laser therapy is incredible. I have never heard of this service prior to going to Australian laser & Skin Clinics but after a consultation I realised it is something worth investing in- and I am so glad I did! Within a month, I was able to reduce and completely eliminate two different piercing bumps - and it's like it was never there in the first place! In addition, the laser itself is completely painless and can treat so many more skin conditions such as cystic acne, eczema, pigmentation etc.

Low Level Laser Therapy is fantastic! I had five treatments over the course of a week to clear up a cold sore and there was no scabbing/long duration of healing. The results were visible quite quickly. Would recommend to any sufferers out there! Thanks again to the team!

Daniella was my laser consultant last night and she was great. She takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and really leaves you feeling cared for. She steps you through everything including the after care and assures you that the treatment is successful.

Staff have always been lovely in person and the treatments are professional and on time. But I will never understand why they continually sell packages to people when they can’t provide appointments? I waited patiently many times after all the lockdowns and for things to calm down and was finally able to get through a course of laser hair removal. Although a few patches have been missed often. I understand staffing shortages and getting back on track after being closed. But as I was aware of this issue, I made sure before pre purchasing a round of sessions for face, Brazilian, full leg and underarm again that there would be availability to book in, I was assured things were better now with more staff hired. So I tapped my card and paid over $1000 again to a business, that can’t provide a service paid for! I rang to make an appointment and I can only have my face done in 3 weeks! Not even all areas. Just a quick 10 min appointment is all there was. So I said it wasn’t good enough and I’ll have to go to another place and the response I get is “well we are busy, you need to book in advance” yes I understand that, but you can’t sell people a service they can’t use and have to wait months for an appointment. I was told at my last appointment it was fine to book closer, that I didn’t need to book then as I am now sporadic and not on a course of laser hair removal every 6 weeks anymore. So I think it’s fair to be disappointed when trying tobook. I don’t think Destiny’s phone manner was very professional and I didn’t need her tone telling me “well it’s because you aren’t available” when I am available any evening after 5:30 or any Monday all day, I’d hardly say that is no availability! Apparently you need to book months in advance to be able to get your legs done being a longer appointment. So why take pre payment and say it will be fine?! Deception! So now I’ve paid and I have to go and book and pay again at another laser therapy place closer to home. What a waste of money, so frustrating :( I think I should be provided with a refund!

The treatments are effectively done only with great results. The stuff… very friendly, great communication, smiles on your way in and out. Very professional & great with their scheduling to best suit their clients. Personal experience; when I came in for a newly treatment I had a mini anxiety attack and one of the staff member had assisted and calmed me down, providing more than what is expected in her role and making me feel comfortable.
