She always takes time to make sure she has done everything properly and met the client expectations.. the owners of this skin clinic are best and they have been in the profession from a long time . You made me feel very comfortable because you have a great depth of knowledge, honest and confidence in all products and treatments you offer. Your staff are also very prompt and knowledgeable. I live in St Kilda and travel an hour and a half, because I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I have been really pleased with my service at AK Skin Clinic. I have had two sessions of laser hair removal so far and have six more left. The first time I went I was very nervous but they were so kind and reassuring. The laser hair removal procedure is virtually painless but the girls are really considerate about going slower for more sensitive areas. I had Mon today (I forget the name of the other girl but she was equally as good) and she was really chatty which makes the whole thing much more enjoyable and relaxing. I would highly recommend AK Skin Clinic for their Soprano Laser Hair Removal. The treatment is great and the girls are amazing. I’m really happy to be continuing on with them over the next few months and am already seeing some good results :)

Have just started treatment with AK Skin for laser hair removal and so far, so good. Monique who looked after me was the right balance of professional and friendly, immediately made me feel at ease and was good chat. The clinic was easy to find and if you’re driving, you’ll have no trouble finding parking. It’s a bit out of the way for me but just about worth the drive!

Have a few laser treatments booked in for the first time with this clinic, went today for my first appointment and was happy with the service i was provided. Although it is a bit of a distance to get to I do think they are reasonably priced compared to a lot of laser skin clinics. Super glad i came across their $100 full body per session promotion as it will be good in time for summer! They’re very supportive and easy to contact when needing assistance.

I have been going to AK skin and laser clinics for a while now for treatments. I am so pleased with the professionalism of the lovely ladies I have dealt with. I regularly see Viola who has been amazing and most recently Mary who has also been fantastic to deal with. She is knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable. Mary also recommended some products as she noticed redness on my skin and suggested a rosacia calming cream which is going really well. I didn't even know I needed this until I started using it. She really spent time taking my concerns into consideration and going out of her way, and has been wonderful as always. I highly recommend this place, a big thank you for all your services.

My favourite treatment is the Dr Shrammek Green Peel - she is the only company in Australia that has this brand and I have to say that it is a GAME CHANGER! It has changed my life and my skin in so many amazing ways. I used to do skin needling for years and saw slow results, but the results with the green peel is just indescribable, it is especially incredible for darker skin tones that suffer from acne scarring and pigmentation. The best part is that you only have to do it 2-3 times a year given the high strength of the peel. I would highly highly highly recommend Fatima and this great family owned business to anyone wanting to invest in their skin and see a difference.
