Overall, Dave and Busters is a good spot to meetup with friends or/and family and have a great time, but it does have some flaws; let's begin with some of the negatives. Considering the prices you are paying for game credits, you would at least expect all the machines to be functional, not so much. There were numerous machines that would just allow you to swipe, but would be nonfunctional; this was pretty disappointing. Another issue is just choppy service at the restaurant/bar. We got our drinks about 25-30 minutes after we had ordered them and we also weren't approached by our waiter for a significant amount of time. On the other hand, the food was not bad at all with the Giant Bavarian Pretzel being a standout for sure. The selection of games is quite sprawling with enough variety for everyone to have a good time. Some of the standouts were definitely Halo: Spartan Assault, Luigi's Haunted Mansion, and Mario Kart. There are also numerous 3+ player game so your whole party can participate.

First timers at Dave&Busters with Son and three grandchildren. The concept of Arcadia and Restaurant combo seems to work. The arcade side is full of all types of amusements both real old traditional through to high tech virtual reality. The Restaurant thing Sports Bar style on steroids with massive screens everywhere showing the latest sports. We enjoyed the experience and the food and service was good.

Not sure if this is a restaurant with lots of games or gaming spot with a restaurant. It's a nice place with sports bar style American food. Because there is so much fun stuff to do here, it's very kids, teenager, young, adult friendly. It does get pretty noisy, but I guess that's the point of it. Come and get dinner unforgettable fun!

Been here a couple of times since it opened and it's gotten better along the ways and Tonight was excellent introducing my son to my girlfriend and her daughter, they both enjoyed the three hours we were there from the food to all the games and tickets we accumulated to get prizes 😁👍🏽😎

This is by far the smallest Dave & Busters I have ever been to. As a group of 4 we grabbed 3 alcoholic drinks, 1 sweet glaze chicken sandwich, 1 order of fries and the shareable nachos. Our total came out to roughly $80 (with tip) and the food was ok at best. Our server was potentially over-seated and very hard to get a hold of. One of our group members forgot their ID and they would not accept a photo, understandable. As for the actual arcade, there was more than a few broken games and each game cost roughly 7.5+ tokens per play. The biggest disappointment was the size of the arcade and lack of choices. If you plan on spending +$150 for 4, there are much better options.

We booked a party package for my son’s 10th birthday. I loved how easy it was since we do not live in the area. Everything was done via the website and coordination via email. Everything was perfect and communication was top notch. The kids and adults loved the food and we even brought leftovers home. We booked a long table from 10-12. We were able to arrive 15 mins earlier. I like that there’s only once entrance and exit (next to daiso) so we just let the kids run free around the arcade. When guests arrived I handed out their power cars and they played until 1045. The food was promptly brought out at the agreed time, the kids ate while finishing off with store bought cupcakes (you can’t bring homemade items) then they were set free to play again. We paid and cleaned up by 12 and the area was set up again for the next party. It was so easy and well worth the money!

We had the nachos (the toppings are minimal), wings were flavorful, and fries were crispy. Beer taps are plenty! Overall, food is good, drinks were great, but you come here for the games, tv screens, and the atmosphere! Fun place for family and friends!

Walked in on Friday at 6pm to celebrate my daughters (both disabled) 8th birthday with family and friends. Bought $100 game cards for the kids. I went to the bar to get the kids lemonades and a few adults beverages for others with us. Took over 5 minutes to get acknowledged from bar staff while it wasn’t busy, finally someone came close enough for me to shout an order. Bartender acknowledged, repeated back the order, then made the order. 2 don julio blanco margaritas w/ Cointreau ( lime juice, no mix), 2 strawberry lemonades, and a beer. He brought the drinks. I took a straw and tasted the margaritas. Just terrible. Clearly used well tequila and no Cointreau. I let the bartender know. He was defiant. When paying bill, the bartender closed tab to the amount of the drinks, without letting me tip. I looked closer and saw the bartender charged me for 3 margaritas. When I told the bartender, “the bill isn’t right”, he responded, “I had to charge for a 3rd margarita because of the Cointreau. He then left, came back, and threw $4 at me and said something (distorted) as he walked away. Went to a manager and let him know. The manager gave me a printout of what I should have been charged and what I was charged, a $3 difference. He had my drinks remade by an actual bartender. He said the bar manager would speak with him. I watched as drinks were remade, the bar manager and bartender laughing it up. Such a shame. Was ready to spend well over $500 for a few hours. Great venue for when with the kids. Nothing else was offered or done to accommodate me. I paid the original bill, and the bar staff continued their night like business as usual. Our family would go 3-4 times a month to this venue. We will not be going back.

The manager from this location she was very rude and unprofessional she had a bad attitude and being racist against us because she was white and we are Latinos. We arrive early to see the canelo fight were trying to get a table and they skip us. And then they put families ahead of us. We where still waiting and she said " if you guys want you can stand and watch the fight". And giggled. So we ended up leaving. Horrible experience.

This place is a total blast! It is huge, and filled with hundreds of crazy games to play with the kids! What I loved about it was that there is a restaurant, and a full bar, so you can take the family, or chill at the bar, or have a great meal while the kids play! It’s super loud, but super fun! I will say it is a mostly pub food type of menu, so likely not the place for people on strict diets, though there were a few healthy options!

Food and service was well above average. The arcade is good but not a lot of options for younger children. That said, we still had fun. Only real complaint was the venue was so loud. Perhaps quiter areas (or times) would be help bring us back more often and stay longer.

I’m sure the kids rate this place 5+ stars. Its crazy and loud. Staff very helpful, its relatively clean and did I mention loud?? Perfect place for a bunch of kids to let loose. $$$

It's a bit too loud, and they have too few waiters for a food service place. The arcade is why you go here, of course but I can't help but thinking they could do better. Also, the default payment slip wanted us to pay 18% tip on the game card purchase, and they still charge $3 for just the card, which just seems dumb -- there's no need for that.

It was clean and the kids had fun. We all had food and it was mostly all good. Burger was a little over cooked, but Philly cheesesteak and pepperoni Flatbread were great. Service was very good.

The environment was great because kids (and adults) can play while they wait for their food. Our server didn't check up on us often enough, even though it wasn't busy at all. Also towards the end after asking for our bill, we waited for almost 10 minutes before we asked for the bill again, and she reacted as if it was the first time we asked for it. I would still recommend this place as a great place to eat because the food quality is really good and the prices are reasonable. I ordered a Cajun chicken pasta dish, but my friend let me try the ribs and it was fall-off-the-bone deliciousness! The grape drink I had, on the other hand, was not grapy enough, and the price was ridiculous for the size -- and no refills and way too much ice!

Very good salmon with rice and green beans. Friendly young lady, bartender. Thank you for supporting veterans.

Do you like when your arcade has machines that are kept up well? Do you like when parents pay attention to their kids instead of letting them shriek at "airplane takeoff" volume while running into people including people actively playing games? Do you like places that don't inexplicably have enough of their lights off that you wonder if they actually opened? If so, DON'T GO HERE.

Going to start off by saying Brennan our server was absolutely incredible. He constantly checked on us. Was knowledgeable about the menu. Very polite and happy. Food is good and reasonable on price. Bathrooms are pretty well kept. It's just very loud there, but that's a give in considering the games and all the people.

Ticket payouts suck, and the games just shut down automatically with no warning at which point the prize shop is already closed. Plan ahead for poor communication. But the overall games roster is solid, drinks are decent, wings are surprisingly good, and a TON of sports on all over the place.

Not great, the nachos were the best thing about this place. Most of the games were broken, we didn't even end up using all of our credits because it wasn't a big enough selection to play. The only thing that made me truly happy is that we won enough tickets to get Steve, the rubber shark puppet. Don't recommend.

Went to Dave & Busters to celebrate my daughter's birthday with her friends. After we ordered food, there we're mistakes in our orders. The manager today was so kind and accepted their fault and then, our food was free and also he give us $100 free game cards for the kids to play. I really appreciate their good service. !👏😊👌💯

My friends and I went for team building night. Happy hour from 10 - 12am. The service was quick and chose the $20 unlimited games. Overall, we had a great time and would come back here again.

D&B Asked how they could make it 5 stars. 1. cost/value - the experience was good over all, but the prices still feel like surge prices. 2. crowd size - I have been to D&B twice, and once was mayhem/crazy busy while the second time it was great and comfortable. When it is mayhem, the costs especially feel out of line with the experience. When crowds are smaller, it feels like you are getting more for your money.

It was the first time for my husband and I. We arrived to celebrate my sons bday with his wife and 3 young girls. The arcade place was a hit with the 2 older granddaughters. Between the games with the lights and sound and the overhead music , the girls were in heaven. We adults drank the beers with pleasure. We all had something different for lunch. I picked the salmon, placed on top of white rice with delicious thin green beans in a fantastic red onion sauce. I gave my praise to the chef. It was delicious and the best salmon I’ve ever had and I eat a lot of salmon. Try it !!!

Had a quick bite with my kids while visiting them. The place was not too crowded except for the locals watching the Warriors game. We ordered the nachos (very good) and their truffle fries (also very good). Our waiter Jordan was pleasant and happy to help us out. He checked on us throughout our visit and made sure we had everything we needed.
