At the centre of KK city with walking distance to malls, gaya street and awesome local food. The apartment comes with unobstructed seaview.

KK CBD Hotel suite, the hotel still building and lobby shop still need some time to complete

Best strategic location but the management should alert their terms and conditions on pay per every entry. I have had complained about it and hoping the said receiver of my message will raise up this issue. I llove the scenery here, the pool is among the best.

New building partially still under construction. But 2 out of 4 pool are already usable on 6th floor. Nice location to view the bay and the sunset. There are rooms with a similar view to the sea side ours were facing the building across the street. (Those rooms cost less)

Excellent location. Nice view of the city and Sea. Very affordable & reasonable price during weekdays. Only setback both the units I took no wifi and TV can’t function. Need to use my own data plan. Main Lobby still under renovation. That’s why many locals still don’t know this place well. This is my 2nd time staying here. Definitely will be staying here again.

Strategic location.wonderful seaview from room and pool. Bad lift service, takes too much times waiting. Need to ask the owner of unit for kitchenette.range from Rm200-rm250 per night. Theres unit with studio room, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom.

Room is pretty new. Such a beautiful view and I enjoy my relaxing holiday. The host is very friendly and helpful. Car parking is NOT free - Every entry is RM5. Not much a hassle for me though. Location is very strategic ~ just have to be careful not to walk alone (simple rule). A place I would love to say - Home away from home.

Management is bad. Everything is charged. Extra towels cost RM10 per towel. We came as a family but we were not given rooms next to each other and on was given on separate floors. No water bottles in the house. Parking is charged Rm1/hr. Overall poor management. Would recommend to stay in a hotel instead as most of the above are free

Blur security, slow lift.

The check in process is a bit of a hassle. But the location is lovely! Near KK plaza and market. We walked to Gaya street and it was a breeze getting there. Great location.
