I wont really say its that great. There are nevertheless trying their best to provide good services. The heater in my room and those of two of my colleagues were not functioning. The customer care service needs to be looked at and improved.

It's among the hotels to stay in Damaturu, the Yobe State Capital. Used to be the best until the likes of Summit and Oasis came to replace it. It's still among the biggest, and has spacious rooms and a swimming pool.

It is an upscale as well as elegant hotel, all it needs is maintenance and one is bound to enjoy his/her stay

Very attractive and convenient environment to the core.

Good spacious rooms but broken down amenities in room I stayed in. No intercom, no light in bathroom, had to call to get water to bath the next morning. A colleague changed rooms 3x because of bad A/C.

This is an exceptionally standard hotel.... Having nice and comfortable accomodations.... The hotel also have the provision of pool. What is even more interesting is that the hotel is a decent place where but men, women and even children can visit to enjoy their time.

Based on the environment its located in, this is the best hotel around. Activities in the hotel make it inhabitable. There's a gym, swimming pool, bar and barbing salon at the backyard of the building. Lots of events happen on a daily basis, the area is some-worth secure. I had a good stay there.

One of the few hotels in Yobe state. A standard hotel but it is loosing its maintenance and its getting out of shape. I really like the warmthness of their manager, if I am going back here it is definitely because of his professional attitude. With fewer options in Yobe it is manageable.

GAAT Hotel was wow, under renovation now

The AC never works, like wise the fridge. The toilet requires some maintenance by a plumber. More security checks will not be out of place. The rooms are neat, very hard working and cheerful waiters. The house keepers are great at their job
