Beautiful clear water, nicely gated in area, shaded areas for dogs and humans to rest with water hoses for rinsing dogs off after. It’s a wonderful dog park for dogs that like swimming. Highly recommend.

I love this place! It's always clean and organized. The only downside is that recently, they added sand bags for stairs, and those can be a little dangerous for the dogs to climb up and down from. Can't wait for our next private session 🐾❤️⛱️

Great opportunity to take your dog swimming in a clean lake. Staff on site. We really appreciated renting the park/lake for a couple of hours so our socially challenged, but big-hearted dog, could swim with her furry friends and not worry about dogs she didn't know. It was her day at the park! Staff is spot on with timing so any private parties start and end at the agreed time so others can use the lake before/after parties. Recommend to bring chair if you would like to sit down. Also, if your dog enjoys fetching a toy thrown in the water be prepared to bring toys! So much fun for the dogs and owners. (No swimming in the lake if you don't have four legs.) Update: 5/12/19 - enjoyed another excellent time at the lake. Another takeaway from experience is don't bring toys to throw in the water unless you are willing to sacrifice the toy. If the dogs don't want to fetch and if you have thrown it past wading distance, consider the toy gone.

My French bulldog absolutely loved Performance Pups! The dog lake was very clean, and there are covered areas for the humans. Definitely recommend if your pup loves the water.

Best fresh water (manmade) lake in the area. Attendants are super friendly, most dogs are well-behaved and big enough to move away from bad behaved dogs. If your dog enjoys the water, this is the place to go.

Our pups had so much fun here. There has been tons of rain in the area so the lake was very high, but All the pups had fun in the fields and in the water! The staff was awesome. He was very thoughtful. They supplied us with doggie bags too which made pickup easy.

We have been bringing our corgi wazowski since he was a puppy and he still loves the place, Mark and Ron are great, lake is clean and well run.

My kids had the best time! Clean water, great people adorable furry friends.

Omg! My two beautiful Pitt girls have a blast at this small, beautiful beach or river. We've gone twice in a month. I used to take my girls to Hollywood Beach but it is difficult for some purr parents to accept my babies. So I google for a private beach for Dogs and Lo and behold! I found this gem. The girls that are in charge are amazingly kind and they are always on time. They also make sure you get for what you pay... your FULL hour. My husband and I, we prep our girls 15 minutes prior to leave. We wash our girls and dry them. Pick up everything. Leave the beach clean for the next visitor. We always leave 10 minutes earlier. This is how much we are grateful to the girls working here and to the park.

I loved this place. Today was the first time and my dog learnt to swim, playing with toys from there and enjoying with the others dogs ❤️❤️

Great place to take your dogs to swim in fresh water.

I wish I could leave a positive review because the grounds are beautiful and my pup has (mostly) had a blast. But I’m sure aggressive dogs will continue to bite and injure. We came for the first time on Saturday (8/19) - all dogs and owners were amazing besides one who bit a very sweet yellow lab’s leg to blood. Everyone assured me this was a one time thing, and I brushed it off. My energetic and social 10 month old pup had the best day, so we returned today, Wed 8/23. When approaching a Belgian Shepherd to say hi, she was pinned down and bit - let out a screech. The dog’s owner told me that is how my puppy will learn. The man checking people in offered to kick him out but really didn’t seem to want to. 10 minutes later I noticed blood on her leg - she was bit to blood and the wound is deep, still showing signs of blood 2 hours later. I didn’t want to leave and teach my young pup that getting hurt meant she’d be punished, so we tried to stick it out. She was later snapped in the face x2 by an older dog, again when approaching to say hi. We won’t be returning, and I urge people with young, social, and playful dogs to consider other places to bring your babies. Not worth the risk knowing that the two times I’ve been, the rules regarding aggression have been ignored, leaving 2 nice dogs with bloody bites on their legs.

Great place to take your pup if they like to swim. There is a entrance fee of about $6 but it is worth it. They have a dock as well for your dog to jump off if they like to do that.

Very satisfied with this dog park. You need to buy a ticket online only, before you enter the park. The admission is $7.50 per day. The park itself is very clean and it’s enough space for dogs to swim, run and play around.

My baby had so much fun!! It’s such safe place and we’ll located, there’s also and after shower and a big shade with chairs, I’d definitely come back every week.

Great place to take your dog, where they can run free in the grassy area and in and out of the beach. They also have a dock where they can jump into the water. There a public sessions. However, if you can get a group of 10 or more dogs together, they have private sessions.

Called to ensure park was open, and voicemail says any schedule changes would be announced. Even checked the website before making the 45 minute drive. Park randomly closed to public when it was supposed to be open, do better.
