This hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible&Rude.... front desk lady that short one l forgot her name.. she was the worst… we tried to ask her some questions but she showed urs unhelpful face like showing “Don’t bother me lm busy” on her face…. we went with friends and they have no considerations at all , they are not welcoming very rude!(staff need to be trained more in hospitality) otherwise guys don't book this hotel

The whole service team is wonderful, I enjoyed relaxing at the balcony of my room for some fresh air and the food is delicious, day one I served ugali with gizzard. The chilli served separately made the meal unforgettable.

Nice hotel nice environment, parking , foods but WiFi connection needs staff access to your phone to get the Internet. They will give wrong password and ask you a phone for connection. Once they connect they disappear 💯
