They can do better with such a beautiful land they have. Lack of trained staff from management and receptionist is unwilling to comprehend any feedback. No amenities. Not worth. Need additional facilities for the room. Washroom drainage system was clogged. No entertainment or games or anything which makes the place lively. I have spent most banal 2 nights. Waiters and indian chef were good. But management needs to hire trained and educated staff as well as receptionist

Hidden gem. Absolutely loved this place, the staff is very polite and professional, the food is excellent. Surely gonna come back soon. Special mention to Harish for making our trip a memorable one and ensuring everything's fine

Worst experience ever. Very very poor service and food is just plain boring and tasteless.. stuff at the restaurant are clueless if you ask for something.. HOW CAN A RESORT LIKE THIS NOT HAVE IRONER IN THE ROOM?? Internet is also another issue.. this place is just been wrongly advertised, but the amount of money they are charging and the service they are providing DO NOT MATCH AT ALL. What a away of reaping people off.. I am never coming back nor would I recommend to anyone..

We stayed at Aya Sophia just for a night with my friends. I will definitely go back. Such a beautiful place, beautiful view from the ocean, staff were amazing and very friendly,they are all good at taking pictures too.

We stayed at Aya Sophia for two nights, a beautiful place, the relaxing ambience, the service was up to the mark and staff were very friendly. Very clean, and the beach is stunning. Food is more towards Mediterranean, breakfast buffet was excellent too. All in all, if you want a quiet place to relax from all the hustle and bustle of the city, than this is the spot I recommend!! We stayed at Aya Sofia for one night. A beautiful place, clean, neat, relaxing. No walk-ins, only guests, secure place. NO ALCOHOL. Very friendly staff, welcoming, great service. Manager Harish Sharma is very friendly nice person, very helpful. Beautiful Private and public Swimming pools. Children enjoyed liked bicycle riding. Zoo staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet was excellent too. A quite place to relaxe in Dar es salam. We shall be there again, and Recommend our friends.

Lovely hotel. Amazing staff, food, ambience, cleanliness and hospitality. The manager Mr Mohamad was also very welcoming and prompt in replying. The highlight was feeding the friendly animals and our 7 year old just loved it. Will definitely recommend it to all.

For a weekend outside of dar es salaam,it is fabulous. A bit of a distance say an 1hr 45mins. But once there it is worth it ! And it is very family friendly and has got activities for kids I did suggest having kiddies channels subscription
