I really loved this place. After long time i found such a place where i can feel like home(india). Loved the quality and taste of food. I personally tried only vegetarian food so not aware about non vegetarian foods. But i like the ambience and the feeling of Mumbai over there.

2 days back I was so starved after arrived from Zanzibar 🇹🇿 10pm I was looked for dinner I couldn't found around my area in Dar es Salam, I open Google I have to walk for 900m to have my heavy dinner 🍲 I'm very satisfied for my lovely spicy chicken curry with oriental nasi goreng (fried rice) from Mumbai Spices @bestwesterncbdhotel 🌶 lovely Indian kitchen in Dar es Salam 🇹🇿

Quiet restaurant with friendly staff. I got a sandwhich that was very good. It took quite a long time for them to make the sandwhich and fries though.

well cooked food with large serving of my favorite hot & sour fish or chicken u wont believe came back from kenya. its not expensive considering thet the food taste right

Disappointing. I have tried the restaurant 7 times now. The worst is five small dessertspoons of basmati rice cost Tsh. 8 000. A total ripoff! . A miserly brown roti for Tsh 3 000. Sometimes the price on the menu does not match the bill. Once I paid from my card and I got 3 withdrawals from my bank account luckily it was actually only one. There is a machine they use that charges your debit card without your password input. No they have not stolen from me but the risks are there! Yesterday the billing system did not work and the waitress came just plunking the full figure in verbs, no explanation of details. The daal makhni had no taste and the palak paneer.... I can't even explain. I now opt for Chowpatty. You can't rip people off like this.

The food is really good, waiting staff friendly and the prices are right. I'll definitely return.

One of the best and tastiest Chicken Biryani I've ever had in Tanzania..😍 Their zaika(Biryani masala) is so authentic and delicious. You will never see the compromise on quality and quantity.

The food here is nice, however, it is not worth the amount of money you pay. The portions are way too small. The food is nicely cooked however it is nothing special that makes it worth the money you pay. I ordered a glass of white wine and I got half a glass of wine, I was told I would be charged for two glasses if I wanted a top up! Also the waitress laughed about it behind the counter. It is not professional for such a beautiful hotel. Portions need to be more giving and staff should be more considerate. Nice location and air conditioned. Clean place. They should note main dishes do not come with rice so you pay 24,000tsh for a small bowl of indian with no rice. You pay extra for rice. We had an unpleasant experience with a delivery from them too which we ordered three separate noodles and the chef made the same dish and distributed it into three meals. One of us was vegetarian and got chicken in a vegetable noodle. Very careless of the chef. Took a long time to reach the restraunt through phone or whatsapp. They sent us out another dish, but still very bland noodles. Don't reccomend the noodles.

Recently I had lunch here.. Food is awesome here. A little india away from india. Staff behaviour is awesome. Restaurant manager Arindam also very courteous person. We love ot.

The waitress takes her time getting the order, then the bill but they will steal everything from the table routinely. The prices are expected. Also if it’s one customer in the restaurant, why would you sit another customer in the next immediate booth? Space them out. I had to listen to someone phone after we was in a quiet setting for 10 mins. The change will drive you nuts.

I really like this restaurant bcoz its really pure Indian food and very tasty.

Indian Restaurant in Dar Es Salam. The ambience and sevice is upto mark but the food served is just ok. We can't rate it as excellent. The choice of cuisine is limited. Alcoholic beverages also served here. Will not recommend for an Indian Vegetarian, for them better options are available in city centre area which is not so far.

Very delicious indian authentic food. I have been here many times and their service and food has been outstanding each time. The staff are very friendly and cooperative, if there’s something not to your taste, they are ready to rectify and serve you again. The ladies staff were very helpful to help me with my small baby and the restaurant is baby friendly as well.

So great place for food

I went today to the restaurant after work and it was recommended by a friend. I ordered chicken tikka masala with soda, on menu chicken tikka is 17k, the food was delicious honestly and the service was good, but when i ordered the bill it was 28k. 17k for a bowl (less than 100 grams of chicken), 8k for rice (they didn't mention that the 17k massala is served without rice).
