I give 5 star bcz of the waiter called Said. He was friendly and kind. Sat garden area but crows and mosquito bothered me Alot. Had to move inside. Ordered pizza it was normal. Cappucino was good too. It was nice to chil

The ambience/ the place looks good. Nice & clean as well. But we were the only people there so we got a quick & good service. I think its self-service, as I had gone to the counter to place my order. And if its not management needs to look at it, as I was trying to find the waiter. So the food is pretty decent, the drink was good. They have a playground for the kids & even sheesha is available at this place. Otherwise the place overall was good 👍

I literally had to laugh at my experience here because I have never witnessed service that was this bad. We got there, sat down, there were about 3 waiters moving around us and looking directly at us and still not attending to us in any way. (Perhaps it’s self-service, but other people were being served). Eventually, my mom had to go up and ask for a menu. What makes this situation particularly annoying is that 5 minutes later, a group of white girls walked in and a server went out of his way to greet and assist them. If that wasn’t enough of a red flag, after we had gotten our orders in, the food took long to come and even longer to be taken away. I would have been more generous with my rating if at least the food was good but unfortunately it was bland. Salt and pepper is a chefs best friend. The one good thing about this restaurant is the atmosphere is pleasant and looks pretty, but they need to work on the customer service training.

Amazing decor and lighting. I love how they incorporate the coffee bean design throughout the cafe. Very bright and colourful environment. We ordered an ice frap and it was pretty good. I’ve heard that their cakes are quite good too! Service was wonderful and staff were very friendly. The place is only outdoors and it’s quite clean. I really like how they have the play house for kids! For drink and dessert budget about Tsh 15-20k per person.

If you are looking for a spot to have a coffee ☕️ while doing some work on your laptop. This is the definitely a right place for you! Also if you re coming with kids there is a small playground. One thing i didn’t like it is Air Con, It’s extremely cold! and can not be reduced! unless they turn it off!

The new Kahawa Cafe is right next to Shoppers. Great atmosphere and food. Really enjoyed the BBQ Chips Mayai, a great food fusion. It has a nice playground for kids. It did not have a lot of gluten or dairy free options though for my husband.

Super friendly waitress and good service. The frappe was excellent! The pasta was okay with a big portion. Had the burger but it wasn't as good particularly the bun, other than that I would definitely go again to try their other foods and drinks worth your time I'd say. The bathroom could be cleaner

Lovely large selection of cakes and sweet treats. Delicious caramel frappe and milkshakes. Gorgeous garden and lights at night. Relaxing atmosphere. Wifi vouchers only valid for 10 minutes though. Food is beautifully presented, however lacking slightly in taste, in my opinion. The bathrooms are really really dirty :(

Kahawa Cafe years ago used to be the best place for coffees and sandwiches. Unfortunately the standards have dropped drastically. Ordered a cheese beef burger. The beef was spoilt. It was so overcooked but it was so smelly and rancid. One bite and I had to spit it out. Another time the chicken sandwich was dry and the cheese tasted extremely old. It was very off putting. The flies in that area is also really bad. The minute food is served all the flies rush the table. The only thing good about this place is the service. The waiters are very pleasant. But then again I am not going there to enjoy the waiters service.

The place looks nice so I thought of trying it. Ordered for a caffe latte which is very average and chicken quesadilla which took forever to serve. The sandwich is disappointing for a quesadilla and the taste is bland. Flies buzzing around and birds as well. Staff are just walking around looking and busy talking to each other. I have to go to the counter and ask for a a menu. This is the least restaurant/cafe I have been in Masaki.

Cakes are super good! Love how they maintain their standards, sandwiches are great too!

A very good place to meet with friends or be out with family,nice food, refreshing drinks and they have good hospitality.

Cozy coffee shop. Offers great cakes and has a variety of other dishes. Has a playing space for kids and wifi.

Friendly staff but sub standard service and even worse coffee. Dirty washrooms. The standard of Kahawa Café has been dwindling over the years, which is sad because they have nice cakes

Went with some friends for dinner and the food was absolutely horrible. We ordered the pizza, wings, masala fries and chips mayai with chicken in bbq sauce. Killed our appetite as soon as we tasted the food and so not worth the price. Menu & chef need to be changed. Don’t think I am ever going back there for a meal.

Ordered sandwich and burger. Sandwich bread was toasted and became too hard, the chicken burger was not so tasty, they could do better. The environment is superb..but food i think need improvement.

Has changed a lot in the quality of the dishes served. Low quality ingredients, little taste in omelets and smoothies. You can find much better very close for the same price.

The service at the cashier is rude and arrogant. Ruins the experience of the great food they have there. This happens every time! Also, don't bother ordering in advance before you finish your shopping. You will still be made to wait with no apologies.

The ambience is good for us the other good thing was that they have a play area for the kids so at least they don't get bored. The only thing we didn't like was when they want to start closing and even while you're still having your coffee or whatever you have ordered they just switch off the lights and pack things up don't actually wait for their customers to finish up.

Loved the ambience, promptness of order taking to service. Grt location, manager did made sure that he spoke us and other guests too. We ordered for sandwich and zanzibari pizza. Both plates were plated well, addition of jalapeño to sandwich added much needed punch. Zanzibari pizza, I felt it is heavy and missed element of crush in it. May be if they add onion and veggies jus like the original may bring the punch. There is only one thing i wasn't happy with the place is presence of house flies, it is very annoying during our visit.
