I have been in this mecal center for a week now... They have specialist and nurses for 24 hours... And I have been satisfied with their service

Customer service very bad plus the time they ask people to come and doctors arriving very late with no specific reason or time of arrival.they have to understand some people are in so much pain haven't selpt well and they keep time .At least give a reason

Nice hospital NHIF insurance is applicable

The reception desk has one of the worst customer services I have seen. No greetings when you enter the hospital nor do they ask. For all they know they give you a simple eye gaze and wait. As the first place a customer visits, high levels of professionalism are required.

Need to improve calibrations of their laboratory
