The worst place in the Darbhanga city. The railway crossing at donar is crowded and rush. The longest waiting line is the daily basis here. The urgent need of fly over is here. Beacause the donar is linkage between the city and most of the district east part.

It not a hotel or visiting place it is railway crossing with very densely populated shops, poor roads. Only use this wlroad in morning. Never ever use this road in urgency.

Donar gumti is located at approx 1km from the Darbhanga Railway Station. There is a railway crossing on the road. The fatak gate gets closed when the train is coming and gets opened when the train departs. The Railway Over Bridge is soon going to be constructed here for smoother vehicular movement. This chowk is also famous as Donar Chowk and one can get the bus or auto to every part of Darbhanga Madhubani from here. There is always traffic on this road as the path is congested.

Nyc to visit. Donar is a square from where u can go in 4 directions. The North goes to NH 57 via Railway Station, the South goes to Laheriasarai via Alalpatti, Benta, the East goes to Kusheshwarsthan via Sonki, Narbandh, Dhraura, Benipur, Supaul, Biraul and the west to C. M College via Bhathiyarisarai, Azad chowk nd Naka no. 5.

The road goes to many places Saharsha,Kuseshwarsthan,Barauni, Samastipur Junction place.Crowded area affected due to Railway Crossing and road conditions is also bad,there is also drainage problem for which water comes in the road in rainy season.

Donar is a famous place of Darbhanga city. It is near Darbhanga railway station and is always crowded. To reach Darbhanga, people from Alinagar city, Benipur have to pass through this place and have to face problems due to lack of over bridge. Sometimes trains get stuck.
