J’aurais mieux fait de parcourir les avis sur le groupe d’agence Ailleurs Voyages ( et celle de La Part Dieu rue Moncey n’y déroge pas ) avant de réserver chez eux . Nous sommes passés par eux pour réserver un séjour avec Voyamar pour Israël . Dès l’arrivée à l’aéroport de Tel Aviv et jusqu’au retour en France, le circuit Voyamar a été émaillé de problèmes en tout genre : absence de représentants sur place ( difficilement joignable ) , des guides d’une condescendance affligeante ( très formatés pour les touristes que nous étions et sans possibilités d’échanges et de partage avec des réponses automatiques à nos questions ), des informations non mentionnées avant de partir ... A notre retour , nous avons évoqué ces désagréments avec l’agence . La responsable de l’agence a répondu laconiquement à nos griefs sans un mot d’excuse ou la moindre tentative d’un arrangement commercial sur un prochain voyage. En un mot : fuyez les !!!
