Pavilion B1, a dying room yes, but certainly not a hospital and even less for post-operative rehabilitation. You ring the bell and you wait for hours for someone to come and when someone finally comes, well you wait for hours again because they have to see with their colleagues what to do. Patients are left to their own devices in their rooms. Some caregivers have no respect for patients, and for some it is even close to mistreatment. Who are we laughing at ? It is not a lack of staff that is your problem but quite simply a total lack of professional conscience and empathy towards elderly, sick, dependent patients who are often in great psychological distress. Unacceptable!

Indeed a real death...my mother was hospitalized in building K floor 1. The service is in the image of the doctor in the northern sector and the executive who are of no use...not to mention them...total casualness of the staff towards the patients. The doctor of a certain age seems to want to manage everything with difficulty... lack of training perhaps she is just starting out? This lady is shameless and clearly lacks tact. Speaks very loudly, unpleasant, threatens, is never wrong and has an answer for everything (even if it is shown that there were errors in my mother's medical treatment). It’s a shame that the executive doesn’t know how to manage her service and that she’s too self-effacing. My mother is in her right mind and we sang when she had the misfortune to ask for something. She was even told to call a hairdresser if she wanted to have her hair done when she just asked to be combed. We put things back in place and his stay went a little better afterwards. We finally got his hair done and washed every day. On the other hand, we still had to run after his discharge to collect correct prescriptions without errors on the dosage and dates. Mention for the physiotherapist Florence who stands out from the crowd. What about the poor sick people who have no family? Nevertheless beautiful outdoor environment... I would like to say that my mother made two other stays in two other hospitals in Lyon and that everything went well.

Our mother was hospitalized in pavilion I ssr. Throughout her stay, she had the attention and care that we could have hoped for. The people who make up the service all took great care of her. The ladies on duty, the caregivers, the nurses, the doctor, everyone was really great. Mom was accompanied until the last minute. Truly a service that exceeded our expectations, there are still people who give us faith in humanity.. We wanted to leave a thank you for this wonderful team. GARCIA family.

This Friday, September 22, my granddaughter and I visited my husband in pavilion i. Very disappointed to find him in his night clothes just covered with a blanket and unshaven! I no longer know what to think of the care and hygiene of this hospital department...???

Doctor M-K shows patience but his work is made difficult by certain caregivers having little regard for the residents who are sometimes very ill. It is necessary to take the police for the health framework to verify the care. I believe that around the staff of this hospital that a reflection or a study will have to re-examine their function, their professionalism in order to allow them to recycle their knowledge, or to guide them sustainably so that they change profession. Beware of abuse!!! An audit seems necessary as do service mobility.

A hospital is the name, but no! It’s a SLAUGHTER, a real deathhouse! Take into account the comments and flee, for the health of your loved ones. We were forced to accept the transfer to this establishment, although we did not want to in view of the comments, but the doctor left us no choice. My grandfather only lasted 3 days! Between Thursday and died on Monday! Died due to the lack of professionalism of the nurses, he was not destined to die in such a way! Lack of professionalism, safety, no awareness on the part of the healthcare team! Never leave them alone if you care about your loved ones! We were always there from morning to evening, it only took a little while for the drama to unfold! In the morning, they placed my grandfather on the chair for breakfast, he was a very weak and tired person suffering from cancer, they did not see fit to leave the bell near him, no she found herself opposing him! Therefore he could not warn! And since she doesn't come to see the patients in the room, and since he couldn't move alone, he fell! Falling head first on the bars of the bed and then on the floor, the shock caused death! After such a tragic death, obviously the nurses lied openly and we were told "he died peacefully in his sleep" but we found him with a bruise, a significant hematoma on his forehead and a purple ear! So we suspected that no he had not died in his sleep and even less at 12 p.m. since the body was freezing! We took photos of the evidence and my grandfather's bruised face and after putting them on the fait accompli, the truth was announced to us! Died at 10 a.m. and found at 12 p.m. a shame! Our pain is heavy and difficult to accept. He was an extremely kind gentleman, who did not bother them, he was discreet, he did not deserve to suffer this! I implore you if you care about your loved ones, flee, do not accept the transfer to this establishment, protect your loved ones truly Obviously, as you can imagine, the establishment will do nothing against these criminal and incompetent nurses. The French health system is no longer one, pay attention As for the members of this hospital, I wish you to experience what you make our loved ones experience, who are no longer able to defend this. I hope this will have an impact on your family and you yourself are a murderer protected by the system

My 94-year-old mother was seen for a few weeks after hip surgery in the summer of 2022. Very well cared for. Attentive and professional staff. Only problem: the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. Other than that, I am very grateful to them.

We were apprehensive seeing the reviews but my mother-in-law was transferred to Pavilion I 1st floor and we could not have found such a conscientious, attentive and caring team. A team who supported us and did their utmost to make this moment as easy as possible. Again, thank you very much…

Indeed, this hospital is a real walking deathhouse! Hospital certified as death row. With little or no qualified staff with no professional conscience and even less kindness! They have no face and prefer to lie about the death of a deceased person than to take responsibility for the circumstances of the death! It is shameful ! The day before he dared to say “if he continues like this he will be able to run a marathon” and the next day he called us to tell us of the death of my grandfather. Finding apparent physical traces suggests a hidden fall! No surveillance. Do not make any transfers to this hospital, send your loved ones directly to the morgue! Sad reality of the care in this hospital! No lack of health professionals but an immense lack of conscience, professionalism and heart. Dare to tell us that my grandfather left peacefully in his bed, death remains very suspicious because given the state in which we found him we suspect a big fall that the healthcare team does not admit. We are left with lies for this sad event that has befallen us. I strongly advise against this hospital!
