I am more than satisfied in the practice, the long-established doctor's assistant always greets me in a friendly manner, the very small Italian lady is a real treat, she asks about the well-being of my grandchildren and cats, so I feel like I'm in very familiar hands in the practice. The expertise and time taken for you is simply exemplary. I can't understand the negative review because a few people were there before me and were also greeted in a friendly manner. It's a shame because that can't be confirmed. Cheers to such a fantastic team.

Very nice, competent and empathetic doctors who make you feel like you are in good hands. They take their time and convey that the focus is on the patient. The practice staff is also extremely friendly. They always listen patiently and attentively. I feel very well looked after. Super organized practice. Thumbs up.

A really great practice. From reception to the doctors. You feel comfortable, welcome and in good hands. I can only recommend this practice! Maybe as a patient you should turn on your mind every now and then. The practice has a lot to do and you can't always be in a great mood. After accidentally stumbling across what I believe to be unjustified negative reviews of the practice, I have to give my review. I've been a patient (type 1) for years and couldn't imagine a better practice! I have dealt with many doctors, hospitals and practices in my life and the diabetological care here is great. Very competent, no accusatory words when things aren't going well, and you always get help from the doctors even outside of regular checks. They definitely took the criticism about the long waiting time to heart, changed their system and it is no longer a problem. Of course you can have a bad day, but that's rare. In addition, the opening hours are incredibly long for a practice, so everyone will find an appointment where they can perhaps wait a few minutes longer. A lot of time is taken and listened to during the conversation! Of course, you have to wait a few minutes for a prescription if it hasn't been pre-ordered, as the doctors are mostly in discussions. On the other hand, nobody wants the conversation with the doctor to be constantly interrupted by MFAs in order to have prescriptions signed. The MFAs are all great and very nice! Anyone who has experienced something different may first have to think about how they spoke to the MFAs and be open to the practical processes. They know what they're doing and won't keep anyone waiting unjustifiably. All I can say about the telephone situation is that, given the number of patients in the practice every day, it is not possible to answer the telephone constantly. But there is an extra number for ordering prescriptions and emails are also answered quickly. I have often made appointments about this and so far there has not been a situation/concern that I could not discuss via email. Thanks to the whole team!

Very good practice, always competent support and a relatively short waiting time for a practice. Even when I had a medical emergency, my treating doctor acted very well and took all the necessary steps straight away. I can't understand the complaining of some patients here in the reviews at all and I find it very poor to give a practice a 1-star rating because the receptionist doesn't kiss your feet to greet you, roll out a red carpet and provide you with a glass of champagne . I personally have customer contact for work and even if you always try to be friendly, things can sometimes become unfriendly due to high workloads or certain “customer types”. So doctors are TOP and reception does what I expect from reception (informing the doctor that I am there). I would happily recommend it.

I have been treated by Dr. for many years. Arndt looks after me, he is an excellent doctor who allows me to ask my questions and also get answers. It's often hectic at the reception, sometimes there are long waiting times, but everyone does what they can, no one intentionally leaves the patients waiting at the reception, you have to accept that. I haven't made calls for a long time, I just write emails, that works great.

Ein sehr guter Diabetologe. Dr. Worms und Frau Friedmann sind sehr kompetent in Ihrem Fach und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das ganze Team ist sehr freundlich, auch wenn es mal sehr voll und stressig dort ist. (Für die Mitarbeiter natürlich)

Recommended focus practice. I have been with Dr. for over 20 years. Karin Langer in treatment, always friendly despite the (very) high volume of patients. Ms. Beatrix Heil also gives good instructions on new pump systems and blood sugar measuring systems.

Seit meinem Kommentar bzw. Beschwerde über das Verhalten der MFA hat sich deutlich was geändert. Meine letzten Besuche waren für mich sehr überraschend und habe mich zum ersten Mal wohlgefühlt! Eine erhebliche Änderung ist zu erkennen. Die MFA's sind viel freundlicher als zuvor, momentan habe ich nichts dran auszusetzen. Klasse fande ich, dass (wenn ich mich nicht täusche) Dr. Langer sofort reagiert hat und darauf eingegangen ist! Ein dickes Lob dafür, daran merkt man dass das intern möglicherweise besprochen wurde! Deswegen wieder 5 Sterne!

Unfortunately, in this practice you can't achieve any. If you are thrown off the line or despite opening hours, a recorded announcement will be made that you are outside of these hours calls. I find it impossible. I will soon be putting the calls to the clinic on an AM.

I've been a patient at the practice for about 2 years now and I really feel like I'm in very good hands there. Dr. Worms is very competent, understanding and always has an open ear. I also feel well looked after by Ms. Friedmann, she is very helpful and is available at short notice even if help is needed spontaneously. The practice team responds promptly to email inquiries and is always friendly, even when they are busy. I can't imagine a better practice!
