How great that we have the Woog. A little oasis in the middle of the city that offers something for everyone. On one side (island) there is more youth, on the other side there is a little more peace and quiet on the jetties. Early morning swimming is particularly great. What peace, just wonderful. And there are lots of great photo opportunities here. A Darmstadt institution!

Unfreundliches Personal am diesen Tag. Aktuell ist das Wasser auch nicht gut, also noch mit dem bekannten Problem als Folge der Algen. Auch wichtig: Eintrittskarten könnten nur online gekauft werden, daher es ist besser in voraus es zu tun. An Eingangstür gib es zwar ein QR-Code, es dauert aber etwas bis alle Optionen, usw. ausgewahlt werden.

The Woog is really a piece of quality of life in Darmstadt. Especially for those of us who have just moved here, every year in the cycle of increasing and then, above all, decreasing summer, we have the opportunity to be in the water for an hour and to play around for a few laps surrounded by everything that nature has to offer. Saw the carp today for the first time in 27 years. Thank you City of Darmstadt for making this possible for us. Thank you also for the nice lifeguards who are there whatever the weather.

The place is good for family. It is not that beautiful though.

Einfach nur super...okay, wasser ist grünbraunbeige....aber einfach nur top....3,50 euro...etwas viel, wenn man erst um 17 uhr kommt...trotzdem genial....wenig los, wasser hat 21 grad
