Poorest customer service you can ever find. Severely understaffed, Media market is way too good when you compare it to these people. THERE is only two people who service 30 customers and be prepared to wait for hours just to know if a phone is available and finally after that pointing in one direction to another guy who has another 5 people on line... I can only pity on old people who just can't wait that long and leaving the store in vain. In a world where everything is fast and customer service is very important, these customer service of the employees are totally outdated ...Had no issues with the devices so far though.

Our experience is not good at all. Saturn discriminate and segregate people based on their medical status and do not allow entrance for pregnant women and their staff is very unfriendly and aggressive. We suggest to avoid Saturn stores please do your tech shopping online instead (in some other stores). This behavior goes against all constitutional democratic values and poses a real threat to our democracy.

We went on Black Friday. There were no huge discounts. But their normal prices were a little cheaper than the market. There was a very caring salesman. We found answers to all our questions, bought our Nintendo banana and left.

Unfriendly workers , they have no interest in helping , i do not recommend buying there ..

The point of sales systems do not recognize the advertised offers. After waiting in line patiently multiple times and having to run around the store and do their job, they still were not able to figure out the simple discount. I ordered online in seconds with the discount. It is truly pointless to visit the store.

After spending €2000 on Iphone and other items we were unable to find someone to speak english. Even old lady cashier was quite rude to us. We just ignored and left. Too bad for such an upscale electronic chain

Shop has almost all latest gadgets and home appliances at very attractive price. It is crowded, waiting time is moderately high near billing counters.

Hugely disappointed with this Saturn branch. I ordered a watch online with the option to fetch my order from this branch. First of all, the woman told me that my order is cancelled, however as they have the same item in the store - I can get it from the store instead... I was already unhappy as I was getting some cashback and some payback points, but I thought ok, they want to sell the items from their local store. Next I was shocked when she brought my item amd the package was OPEN! Like the seal was broken and it was obvious that the item was not new!!! When I mentioned this she said oh you can try it and if it works just take it... I mean are you crazy? I was buying a gift... How do you imagine I would gift an open watch? This was really very disappointing, not only I didn't get my cashback but also they tried to sell an already used item as a new one... Never ever order anything on this branch. Just avoid it.

05.10.2023, 14:16pm I was just there and the cashier with the makeup was very rude. I confronted her about why she was acting rude, and she replied that she's sad that her grandmother died. I said sorry and left. I highly doubt that her grandmother died, but at least she admitted that she's not acting professional. From what I read in the review, the manager of the place is not doing a good job. Because this is what happens when you either don't hire qualified people, but instead hire people for other reasons or when you don't regularly check up on your employees. Next time such a thing happens, someone is going to get fired &/or sued.

Awesome store. Was there to visit from the states. Compares much to Best Buy over here. Nataschia did an amazing job helping me out where to find an adapter for my phone.

The store is understaffed so I had to wait for 2 hours to get my phone and the staff isn't friendly

I bought the Note 20 a year and a half ago, and two weeks ago, the battery of the device swollen and the phone stopped working. When I went to the Saturn to repair the device, I told them that the photos and files on the mobile are very important and are more important than the device itself, so the device was taken for repair. Today, when I received the device, all the information and pictures were not present, and this hurt me very much. All the family pictures from a year and a half ago went because of the negligence of the Saturn employee, and I promise that I will quickly file a lawsuit against Saturn.
