There is just no logic in there website. You go to the Dutch website and it tells you in Dutch free returns. But the free returns is only for orders in Germany. Why would a dutch person that's ordering on the Dutch website want to know this, and why is it on the Dutch site at all ? If it will not apply to Dutch customer's. It's false advertising

Nice marketing and shoes, really REALLY bad service. Do not buy here. They sent me 2 left shoes and then when I complained I need to do the whole return myself. They wouldn’t even give me a discount for a future purchase. And for sure they knew that this order had 2 left shoes inside.

Trash customer service. Cant recommend at all. Ordered shoes through the app and paid through PayPal. Moments after receiving an order confirmation my order was canceled. Emailed them twice, with no response, and called them multiple times. was on hold for 30 mins before the line got cut.

This is one of the worst experiences I have had with an online company. Order number AG42280166 I have returned the shoes I ordered by explicit instructions from Jannik. The shoes were sent through DHL and I have confirmation that they were delivered. But they did not register a return. They say they never got my return, even though DHL track and trace proves that they have been delivered. Customer service does not want to help me, they tell me that I should prove that they were delivered (which I did), requesting a so called Proof of Delivery (of which DHL says I have it). It is worse that Kafka and the CS people are just unwilling to help. As someone who buys up to 20 pairs of sneakers a year I must say: never ever buy them here! There are so many trustworthy companies that deserve your money, not Asphaltgold.

Extremely Dissatisfied with Customer Service and Unreceived Parcel.....The customer service has been unresponsive, and to make matters worse, my parcel has yet to be delivered after almost a month.

Great shoes horrible service. Ordered and got a nice pair of nikes. Regretfully on of the shoes has a small glue like stain on it. Contacted customer service and there "Jannik" told me that such a small stain was no reason for me to complain. And that if i didnt like the shoes i should return them. Well since i apart from the stain like the shoes i'll just keep them. Since the webshop its reputation when it comes to returns is quite poor. The one star is for customer service employe "Jannik", the customer determines for itself if he has a reason to complain, not you.

Just received my package from Asphaltgold, and OH.MY.GOD! I had never heard of Asphaltgold before, but their Instagram and website looked decent, which convinced me to take a chance on them. And boy, am I glad I did! Even though they're miles away from my city, my new sneakers landed on my doorstep in just two days. And they were wrapped up all fancy, and even came with some sweet little welcome surprises. Their communication was so on point that I almost expected my sneakers to start texting me! So, Asphaltgold, I might not have enough cash to buy you a yacht, but you've definitely earned a special place in my sneaker-loving heart.

There's definitely something wrong with their return process. Return package goes missing twice and I strongly believe it has to do with their return process, please set up a decent return process for EU orders like professional webshops do for 10 years. Delivery service says it has been delivered, but AsphaltGold says it didnt. I truly can't believe that this is just bad luck and I have the feeling I'm being fooled.

Ordered some Nike's from Switzerland and had to pay tax (more than 30 chf). Emailed for some information and no reply... So I reckon basically paid tax twice. UPDATE: after insisting with a couple emails i got a reply and finally a refund for the German VAT.

Ordered a jacket that was on discount and they've sent me it with a mark that i had to clean, wasnt a big problem. But the jacket has black fur in it instead of white which makes it look like its dirty.....I've never seen such thing
