Yesterday, January 13, 2024, my husband went to Sport Hübner to buy new jogging shoes, among other things. The young man's advice was rather mediocre, he didn't seem to have much knowledge of the different models, and a running analysis wasn't offered either. Since my husband has been running regularly for a long time, he knew what to look out for. But beginners to running definitely need more knowledge and, above all, advice! Thankfully, we had much better luck upstairs with a nice salesman who was able to purchase a new hiking rain jacket and light trekking shoes. The advice here was really very good, even though the salesman was serving two other customers at the same time as us. This is what a consultation in a good sports store should be like!

Sehr große Auswahl an verschiedenen Produkten. Liegt zentral in der Stadt. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich 👍 sehr aufgeräumt und sortiert. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen 😊😊

Good sport shop. The usual clothes and equipment they have all year round and in addition seasonal supports stuff. Service is very good and they care but this sometimes leafs to wait times.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen für den Tennisschläger Kauf. Schlechte Beratung, der Verkäufer war total genervt, da mehrere Kunden da waren. Bin nicht zufrieden mit meinem Schläger und die Saite war nach den ersten 3 Stunden schon durch. Der nächste Schläger wird in einem anderen Laden gekauft.

Sehr, sehr nett und kompetent beraten worden beim Turnschuhkauf und das, obwohl ich auf Grund meiner Schuhgröße wirklich Probleme habe, das passende zu finden. Auch die Kassiererin war freundlich und kompetent. Sie hat mich gut über die Kundenkarte informiert und geduldig auf das Ausfüllen der Formulare gewartet. Und das alles kurz vor Ladenschluss. Mädels, macht weiter so! Es war ein gelungenes, schönes Einkaufserlebnis!

Wir haben Skibekleidung für unsere Tochter gekauft, alles, was nötig ist. Und wir hatten zwei ganz tolle Beraterinnen: Dani und Alexandra. Haben beide den richtigen Blick gehabt und immer das Richtige herausgesucht. Und das super freundlich, flott und kompetent. Vielen Dank!

If I could give zero stars then I would, because even one star is too much for this business. I wanted to complain about my running shoes, which broke after less than three months, and demand my 170 euros back. I then had to deal with the boss personally. He immediately accused me of having ridden a scooter with the shoes on and addressed me in a completely outrageous manner using the “DU” form. However, when you're almost forty, I think certain manners should be maintained. Especially when it comes to controversial issues. Unfounded assumptions are not helpful either. The offered option of sending it to the manufacturer with possible repair was not acceptable to me because I have no trust in a high-priced product that breaks in such a short time. The fact that the dealer solves his complaints by threatening to have the staff remove customers - who have now become agitated - i.e. me, is new, but not surprising, because it was clear that people are less likely to want to deal with complaints. But it's part of the business. My opinion therefore: Not and never recommended. Go somewhere else. If you go to C&A, Kaufhof or Karstadt, you will be treated much better and addressed as “SIE”.

I definitely went there for the last time a few days ago when I was looking for a sports school. They have abolished the customer toilet! I don't spend my money where the needs of the customers don't matter!
