A small, thin, cheeky employee was really unfriendly and never bought anything from Snipes again

Very bad store, customer service doesn't know AVOID this store. You've never experienced anything like this before, you're lied to and employees don't feel like doing anything other than standing around. Items were no longer accepted despite the receipt and the label, everything was still attached and unworn. Responsibility is thrown between employees.

Der Laden an sich top! Jede Menge Auswahl an Schuhen und Kleidung. Personal definitiv Flop. Der Herr der anwesend war war freundlich, die Damen allerdings bräuchten eine Fortbildung im Bereich Kundenbedienung und Freundlichkeit. Abgesehen davon das man nicht bedient oder begrüßt wird, werden noch freche Äußerungen und hochnäsige Mimiken/Gestiken abgegeben. Absolut inkompetente weibliche Besetzung.

Guter Service und nette Beratung beim Schuhkauf. Schuhe waren in der gewünschten Größe nicht vorhanden, passende wurden kostenlos bestellt und man wird via SMS benachrichtigt, dass sie nun da sind. Top.
