My room was okay as in size, bed was comfortable, bathroom clean. Staff was very friendly. Just two things which might be improved in my opinion: - have the customer choose how the room no and code will be transmitted ( sms or email ); I was expecting a sms but was getting an email - parking space is very limited - maybe a deal with the nearby parking garange can be done ?

Self check-in was hard and took 30 minutes due to the fact that the system wanted a booking number which i never received. It was late, I was tired and just wanted bed. I had to call the hotel's emergency number to get it sorted out.

Was in the area and was supposed to travel later that day. I had an important call to make in the meantime and thought to pop in and ask if I could sit in there reception/café (which was empty at the time) to make the call and of course consume (food/drink). The lady at the reception coldly responded that absolutely not if I'm not a guest and don't have a room there. Even though I accept her decision, I found her way and approach not very customer friendly and not business oriented. I can say that it didn't give me a good impression of the place and if I wasn't a guest today, i certainly won't be any time in the future.
